A walk from the airport and so much nicer than I anticipated an airport hotel would be. lovely staff, excellent breakfast and bar and restaurant. the rooms are exactly as shown on the website and bed was so comfortable.

the only thing I can think of was that there wasn’t a mat to Stan on when you came out of the shower and because our shower didn’t have a door, the floor became wet so when you’re getting ready and want to go back into the bathroom to put makeup on, you couldn’t go in wearing your socks!

The location is great, just a short and well-signposted walk from the airport. And the staff were super helpful and friendly, I arrived much later than planned due to a delayed flight and everything went smoothly. The breakfast was excellent, as is normally the case at Clarion - I especially liked that they have big mugs for tea as well as small coffee cups. And a good selection of gluten-free options

The air in the room was VERY dry, uncomfortably so - as is so often the case in buildings that are designed with windows that don't open.

Somebody was smoking in other room and the ventilation system brought the smell into my bathroom and room. As the windows are fixed and can’t be open, it was very annoying (the hotel is supposed to be a non-smoking hotel). Fortunately, the friendly and helpful receptionist (Egor) moved me to other room.

I felt that the room was very clean and had a good taste. Although my flight was early, I was able to have breakfast even earlier than the Early Breakfast, which opens at 4am. We had dinner at the restaurant. It took a while to be served, but it was very delicious.

Perhaps the doorknob was not working properly, but the door did not open unless I applied a lot of force. There was only one reception staff member, so I had to wait for over 30 minutes to check in.

Excellent spread/ buffet. Great variety. Very accommodating timing and fantastic staff in the restaurant.

The check- in staff did not see our request for twin beds and gave us a room with a double bed. We arrived very late in Stavanger and were too tired to make the effort to ask to change. The room was obviously made up for one person as there was only one bath and one hand/face towel and only one coffee cup. Also no milk for coffee. The hotel is s 4 star hotel so could equip the rooms with a fridge and a Nespresso coffee maker, bathrobes and disposable slippers like many other 4 star hotels in Norway and other European countries do. There were no trolleys to wheel our luggage to the airport even though the front desk had told us that they would be available.

Great stay to be close to airport in transit, easy 10min walk on footpath through the parking and underpass. Large breakfast selection and really helpful reception. Would stay again.

My one issue was the pillows were either really huge or really small, I was just too tired to go ask for a different one though.

we upgraded to a Deluxe corner room which meant we had views of both runways which was great. Breakfast was really good, there was plenty of choice. The hotel was less than 10 minutes walk from the airport which was ideal for our trip into Stavanger. i would recommend this hotel to aircraft enthusiasts .

the evening meal was disappointing. We didnt realise the menu was limited at the weekend.

Great breakfast and close to the airport. Room was nice and clean, ok for one person to comforably move around in but more that one person the room is a little small.

Price of hotel room is higher on the scale for that location.

A beautiful stylish hotel, with an excellent bed. Stunning restaurant and delicious food. Only a few minutes easy walk to the airport terminal.Extremely helpful staff, smiling and very pleasant.I would have liked to have stayed longer!

My only negative comment would be the lighting in the bedroom! I love the dark atmosphere, but a brighter bedside light would have been helpful for reading!

Location of hotel was very easily accessible from airport by a clean sign-posted path. 5-10 mins walk. Very stylish hotel with the usual amenities. Delicious breakfast. Wonderfully comfy bed. Very friendly and cheerful staff.
