The suite was very clean and comfortable. I did not need to use the trundle bed, but I'm glad I had the option. I only stayed overnight so I didn't use the gym or pool, and I didn't eat breakfast. There are several restaurants across the parking lot so you don't have to drive to purchase food. This was my first time staying at a Springhill Suites by Marriott, and I will definitely stay at another one whenever I travel. I highly recommend this location!

My suite did not have any hand soap, but I always bring hand soap with me. I did not have any other issues.

Ethan was the BEST! He took such pride in his job and was very welcoming from the moment we checked in. We stayed here while visiting family. It was my husband & 3 kids. 2 slept on the bed and youngest on the sofa bed. Sofa bed was roomy & comfortable. We had plenty of space for 5 of us.

The sliding door on our bathroom didn't want to stay shut when you were in there. Room 309.

Check in and out was quick and efficient. The suite was spacious and clean and the beds comfortable. I don't love barn doors on bathrooms as i prefer more privacy. Location was perfect for our needs. We didn't eat breakfast as the restaurant area was packed with families and was very noisy. However, there is a fabulous restaurant, Frist Watch, 1 min away which offered a fantastic breakfast. There is on site parking.

There were several families checking in and the reception area was chaotic. (this is not a hotel issue).

I like the location, the style. Being able to move the tv from the couch to the bedroom. The barn doors for the bathroom. The lighting in the bathroom was nice and bright.

The shower had rust in the drain. The walls in the bathroom had marks and dirty spots. The air condition wasn’t cold enough. Some of the furniture was scratched up. The carpet needed cleaning in the hallways. I don’t the bathroom floors or the shower were cleaned before we came in.

The room was clean and perfect for my family! There is a trundle bed under the sofa so my two children were able to "share" but not fight with each other in the bed. The room was still spacious with the trundle bed out.

We were not aware that breakfast ended at 9 on the weekend. The front desk agent that checked us in didn't advise us of that nor was there any information that we could find that had the hours-so that was a bummer.

The people who were in the room next to us on Sunday March 30th were horrible. They were talking super loud banging, doors opening and shutting > it went on for hours until about 1 am. Then started again about 7 am. We had kids so it was a rough night. They had no respect for other guest. We were in room 426

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this hotel! It was incredibly clean and spacious with 4 adults in the double queen suite with the trundle bed. Parking was free and plentiful however if you go out and come back really late parking may be limited as construction is going on at nearby businesses which limit additional parking spots. I would definitely recommend this hotel again.

Our room wasn't ready when we arrived despite us requesting early check-in. However we simply went to a nearby restaurant and picked up a few things at the Walmart 3 mins down the street. The front desk attendant called when the room was ready about an hour later.

Overall it was a decent stay. Always room for improvement. Location was good.

The couch had crumb and loose change in it and I needed to use it. The extra sheets were in a bag with hairs in it and there was no lock on the bathroom door. Breakfast was lacking, like no syrup for waffles. I wonder if it had to do with the 2 hurricanes though.

Location and Cherokee, the desk clerk was amazing! Fixed issues with our room immediately!

Two different rooms had maintenance issues, the first was understandable, a broken bed that wouldn't have been noticed and the second was a black out blind that was broke and laying on the ac. The cleaning staff obviously would have noticed that.

This is a wonderful place to stay, the staff was friendly and accommodating...the room was fantastic! Very nice! 10 🌟

There was nothing that I didn't like! Everything was great!
