The breakfast was great. Our room seemed very clean.

The walls are apparently paper thin. My husband and I were up most of the night listening to banging (which shook items in our room) and yelling. We thought someone came to talk to them, but they only quieted down temporarily. I would have complained, but I didn’t want to wake up my kids who luckily slept through it. Also, requiring wristbands to use the pool is odd. My kids had a cheer/dance competition and they were not allowed to wear wristband during their performances or else they’d face a deduction.

Comfy close to 6 flags everyone was so nice

The breakfast area is really really small and not organized for flow of traffic. It’s hard to get in and out of there. Or form any kind of line. Especially since we were in town for soccer games so it was overpacked The elevator. Doubt you can do anything about this. But I took the stairs faster than the elevator moved. I had to plan elevator wait time into my schedule. Also didn’t like we couldn’t change the input on the tv. The universal remote didn’t work and the front desk only had one remote for everyone to share. Not the workers fault, just poor planning.

our double room was quite cozy , very quiet in the early am hours , biscuits and gravy were amazingly yummy and fresh,staff awesome. I am in the customer support business myself and it is rare to find such genuinely kind staff wanting only to put your needs first. The very thoughtful woman behind the front desk was so charming and delightful, I am only sorry I can't remember her name , But I do know she baked us cookies and made us fresh coffee at 4 pm upon arrival. The hot tub and pool super clean and inviting. We are definately staying in this hotel again.

The spa hours ,I say that only becauise that is usually the very little window of opportunity we adults have to unwind after kids and I need more of that. lol

Loved the room. Nice touch with rollercoaster frames as we stayed for six flags visit. Beds were heavenly. Room looks recently renovated, very nice modern look. Loved that big mirror on vanity unit where we could do out make up, and it was separated from main bathroom.

Breakfast room could be bigger. And pity about not having proper plates and cutlery. Loved the waffles, but if you miss timeframes, you gotta queue.... but I suppose its frequent occurence in American hotels .. so it wasn't really big deal.

It had a great location and rooms were very spacious. We enjoyed the staff and the pool and breakfast/lounge area were very nice and clean.

The breakfast was so so. The waffle machine I was told was broken, but I can’t complain too much for a complementary breakfast! The elevator was also very slow, but it encouraged me to take the stairs.

Had a couple inconveniences (room we booked 2 weeks ago was no longer available, barking dog across the hall, room key access and TV remote didn’t work) but the staff were all super friendly, accommodating and resolved all issues. Great pool and hot tub (would be nice if it was open past 10 pm). Great breakfast and the staff made sure everything is hot/fresh and restocked. We will definitely stay here again.

Rooms were a little small as expected but clean and well-appointed. Breakfast room / area also clean with ample seating and a reasonable selection of food and drink (good coffee!). Really convenient for our visit to Six Flags, easy walking distance if the weather isn't too hot. Also noticed that reasonably-priced vending machines were available for drinks and snacks, although we didn't use those.

The staff were all amazing, loved the hot tub and pool. The breakfast was okay! Needed more protein options, but I know they are short staffed too. Our room was lovely. I was a little worried walking in because of remodeling, but I was super happy when we got inside. The bed was comfy too. I will definitely be bringing kiddos back on a different trip. Location was great.

The halls smelled like herbs lol but I just sprayed some room spray and it was good.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The room was very clean and comfortable. The cleaning staff were respectful of our request of Do Not Disturb for our stay but did inquire if we needed more towels or toiletries.

Breakfasts were not very good…dried out microwaved egg patties???? Sometimes no tongs to pick up bread or other pastries. The coffee was extremely weak.
