I stayed in Room 6 yesterday, and I was truly touched by how kind and thoughtful the staff and the owner were. Although check-in is normally at 4 PM, I arrived early and they kindly let me check in ahead of time. The room was spotless, and parking was super convenient—right in front of the door. There was even a small heartwarming moment during my stay that made the experience feel even more special. This is such a caring and lovely place to stay. I highly recommend it! The value for the price is amazing, and I will definitely choose this place again the next time I visit.

Great location. I liked the self check-in. We got a text stating that our room was ready, 3 hours before the published check-in time! And the key and receipt were ready in the room when we arrived (no office visit needed). The owner happened to be outside when we pulled in, and greeted us. I found the coffee from the drip coffee machine to be remarkably good.

A couple of things. The TV kept pixellating, and we could not figure out how to turn on the shower. I left a note stating that, and hopefully next time we wouldn't experience those issues.

Temps were very high outside (90s) air conditioning had a hard time keeping up and had a mind of its own changed settings it’s self and couldn’t correct without restarting

When we first arrived at the motel we were placed in a room that was a little bit outdated and we had difficulty sleeping at night because the heater was very loud when it ran. We also had issues with the toilet We contacted the owner-operator and they were so very accommodating and moved us into such a great room. It truly was a wonderful relaxing experience for us

The host had the air on and room ready ahead of schedule which was greatly appreciated in this hot weather. Parking outside your door and a very comfortable room!

Extremely clean room and no noise from outside. Plenty of storage space for clothes etc. Although we didn't use it, the kitchenette was very nice and well-equipped. Plenty of easy parking.

We arrived after the check-in desk had closed, but the staff was quick to assist us by phone and get us into our room. The staff all seemed very friendly and helpful. Perfect location - close enough to enjoy dinner in downtown Buffalo, but located in a quiet neighborhood so we could still get a restful night. Very comfortable, well-maintained room.

The parking lot is designed for single cars, so we had some trouble parking our truck and trailer - but staff helped us.

Grounds are beautiful. Very well cared for. Clarence inn called me the morning of our trip and said our room was ready and just come to the room when you arrive. Quiet and very cozy! We definitely will be back.

A/C was not as cold as we would've wanted it. Room was small but that made it cozier.
