Staffs are very friendly and respectful. Thank you for accepting one additional guest with no extra pay as we are staying due to family emergency. My family and I appreciate this very much. Location is great, very easy to get food around.

The single bed is too small and can only fit 1 person - understandable. No additional mattress can be provided. Would have been nice if this can be catered with reasonable charges.

The entire hotel was cozy and nice. The shower was good with nice hot water, there was coffee and tea for the guest with the hot water machine placed just outside the room. The room was wide and comfortable. There was a hair dryer, bathroom was spacious, there was a place to keep toiletries, the room was secured with double security system. And all was working just fine. Will definitely return soon.

Located near the F&B and convenient store. Mamak beside the hotel is a really recommended place to try.

Parking quite crowded and be careful with bird "atomic bomb" on your car. So need to get really strategic parking to avoid your car getting ugly. The air-conditioning in the room not really that cold. But still comfortable to get sleep

Hotel that located in the town of Seberang Jaya. Overall is ok. Easy to find food and near to the Sunway Mall. Love the transparent lift. Best part when there is smart tv in the room so we can enjoy netflix (Need to sign in using own account) and enjoy the youtube channel.

Quite difficult to find a parking. I was park at the back of the hotel and need to take a walk to reach the hotel. The towel is not okay, better to bring along your own towel. The bed was small for 2 person. But still ok to just take a rest here.

The location is near to the city. It is located near to a shopping mall, it is a walking-distance! Everything was good, we were quite amazed with the elevator :D

The water heater was not working so we had to take cold shower instead. Did not ask the desk helper for any assistance because it was already late, but everything else was okay.

Located beside a mamak restaurant & 7eleven which is very convenient, and Sunway Carnival is just opposite (walking distance). The room is small but okay for the 2 of us. TV is complete with Netflix & Youtube which is pretty cool.

Limited parking but not a problem, will repeat if we need to stay around this area

The room was clean and comfortable. Overall my family and I were happy with the accomodations. The staffs were also very helpful and pleasant. Definitely will choose this place again. Thank you.

my first room was disaster because the air conditioner was not working..then they change my room but with no window..but the air conditioner was working well..

Spacious room & well maintained

My window beside outdoor aircond compressor... So a little bit hot plus there are pigeon nest... Talking about hygiene... Another room don't have this issue... & the lift take forever to reach 3rd floor

Central Location and if u come without car- this is the best spot .Everything is walking distant . the bed and pillow was good .Had a good sleep that night . huge toilet and eveyrthing is new due to recent renovation

No breakfast ,lift was slow , no parking provided ,the renovation is still on going which leads to noisy during working hour . alot of the toilet equiment is loose and not installed propertly ,not sure if due to poor quality
