Great location. Great staff. Booking did not relay that I had a pet with me, but the staff meeting that on site and gave me a first floor room right next to the exit door that had the best dog relief area. I really appreciate it that they have a tub as I had a marathon I needed to soak. The counter is really big in the bathroom. Decent television. Easy location to campus, but you also have the mall right there. I didn’t have a chance to have the breakfast. I like that they had two large real dressers. If you had a longer stay, then they would be really helpful. It’s a really good size room. Chair for lounging, good desk. Easy.

Comfy bed, soft, poofy pillows!!! A/C worked wonderfully. I LOVED the big shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in the shower. It's nice to know that if I forget to bring shower amenities, I have more than a 2 oz bottle of shampoo to wash my hair with and know that I have enough bodywash to cleanse my entire body, so thank you so much for that!! Tv allowed streaming, YAY!!!!! I give your hotel 5 stars. My husband and I were without power because of the storm and were able to book the last room available for the night. We were definitely not disappointed.

The price was $220.00 for only 1 night. That's extremely expensive and it wasn't even a suite. Very loud hotel guests.

The room is clean although the facilities is a little bit old. The complimentary cookies are really helpful when I left in the early morning before breakfast to catch the plane.

There are cracks on the surface of washbasin in my room. It would be nice to change it.

The breakfast was good, staff friendly, overall the stay was good 😊

They went out of their way to celebrate a local university graduation with decorations and treats. I was impressed by the personal touches.

There was a very strong cleaning smell when we entered our room, was hard to sleep with the smell. Also toilet did not flush well.

At 9 AM there was basically only cold cereal, a few muffins, and a little bit of fruit left for breakfast.

We met friends elsewhere for breakfast is why we did not eat at the facility. The breakfast offerings look good.. The most outstanding feature for the room was a super shower...plenty of pressure and great head on the shower. The best pressure I nave seen in a Hotel.
