Friendly Staff, good breakfast and enough stuff in the room for home cooking Good location in Corralejo 10min walk to city center

The balcony view was almost in front of a wall The pool is very small and there are only 20 sunbeds for the whole hotel, which are often all taken very quickly in the morning. Moreover people leave their towels and leave the swimming pool to go for food so it's almost impossible to get a sunbed.

Very nice and great atmosphere

The only thing which was disappointing was that the pool closed before the sun went away. We got back from the beach and went to the pool but had to leave after 20 minutes as the lifeguard had to leave. Everyone was there and everyone wanted to stay at least another 30 minutes when the sun was not there. If you just extend the time by. 30 min or one hour would be great

Pleasant staff with easy check in and out. The apartment was spacious, reasonably clean and had everything you needed. Bed and pillows were fairly comfortable. The location is perfect and it’s easy to walk to the bars and restaurants. The bus stop is only a few minutes walk away as are the supermarkets.

Noisy staff in the mornings! Personally, we wouldn’t stay here in peak season, it would be far too noisy, not because of the music, that wasn’t an issue but we did have inconsiderate guests shouting and banging around at 3 or 4am, usually brits , and we would think this would be worse when the place is full .

We loved staying at Bristol Beach. It was a great location to explore Correlejo. Apartment was a large and comfortable and the roof bar/restaurant very good.

The fixtures and fittings in the apartment are so badly fitted, they were all broken. Shower room flooded constantly because the glass wall and door did not fit. Which has damaged all the rooms doors by getting wet. The kitchen tap is so loose we were afraid to use it and the kitchen cupboards were also badly fitted so the doors didn’t close.

The apartment is located in a very nice structure. I liked the fact that different activities were offered (yoga/pilates classes, rooftop bar with live music every day, bike rental etc). I also very much appreciated the sustainability efforts made to reduce the climate impact (no air conditioning, house-keeping every 5days). Position is also very close to the bus stop and it's very strategic if you want to stay close to the ferry port. City center is at a walking distance. Overall we had a pleasant time here!

Our apartment was located at the ground floor, which made it a bit loud in the afternoon/evening. A bit hot but thanks to the wind the heat was mitigated. Furniture is ok but a bit old and worn out but we had everything we needed. The bathroom could have been cleaned a little bit better :)

It's very close to the old town and all the restaurants. There are two huge supermarkets nearby. The pool is great with sunloungers for twenty people. There's a rooftop gym in Block 3 and they run a number of classes throughout the week. Sunrise yoga and evening yin yoga classes were amazing. The bus stop is right across from the Spar supermarket which is great if you want to go to Puerto del Rosario or El Cotillo or stop off at the Riu hotel to go the Grandes Playas sand dune beach.

Know before you go: There will be loud music five days per week. The Roof bar in Block 2 is really cool and a great place to watch the sun set. However, you're still going to hear the music pumping until about 10.30pm even when you're in the apartment. Also, if you have breakfast included, you'll be getting a slice of white toast, a croissant, orange juice, cornflakes (not any other cereal) yoghurt and a larger piece of toast topped with a savoury option and a coffee. Basically, you'll be really close to supermarkets so you might want to skip the beakfast included option.

Very laid back atmosphere in the hotel and the room very comfy and well equiped. Breakfast on the rooftop was nice and free parking across the street.

We asked to be moved after our first night because we couldnt sleep. Our room was directly below the rooftop bar/breakfast area and we could hear the chairs being dragged across the floor. The receptionist was very sweet and understanding and found us a new room right away. After that we slept through the night.

Immaculate, well maintained complex. The smell of cleanliness hit us as soon as we walked in. Junior L suite was spacious and absolutely beautiful. Exactly as pictured. Bed was very comfortable and shower was amazing. Rooftop terrace was the icing on the cake. Beautiful area to sit and chill and take in the sunset and drinks very reasonably priced. Now on to the staff ....what can I say ! So friendly and welcoming. On arrival the girls that checked us in were so nice as were rooftop bar staff. Absolute credit to the place. Fabulous location. 8min walk to music square. Will definitely be booking again for our next visit to Corralejo.

Everything! The rooms are absolutely gorgeous. Very spacious and modern. The facilities are beautiful,garden and palm trees make it feel like you’re in the Maldives and the pool area is gorgeous. Not to even mention the roof top bar with sea/Mountain Views. The staff were so nice to us as soon as we arrived. They got us checked in as early as they could which was amazing as we had luggage and stuff with us! Couldn’t fault anything.

Absolutely nothing! Was beautiful.
