It was a pleasant stay at Camelo. My family and I were given a room upgrade to a family room, which we greatly appreciated. The major advantages for us included the comfortable room and bed, the lovely staff, a delicious breakfast, and the convenient location. The only drawbacks were the dimensions of the toilet (a bit cramped for me) and the size of the pillows (too big for the rest of the family). Overall, we had a great time and would certainly stay again.

Very nice and cozy balcony, beds are comfortable and the pillows are the best I have ever used in my life. Rooms are at a perfect temperature always. Cleaning the room happens supper quickly.

Room is not the cleanest. Don't have proper shower gel. The shower itself throws water all over the place, should get an upgrade. The breakfast does not have much options. The room doesn't have much sound isolation.

Breakfast was excellent, tasty and varied. The town was situated near a beautiful national park and high forested mountains. Excellent for walking. The town has a range of restaurants shops and cafes everything you could need at close walking distance from hotel.

Lovely hotel, loved the decor. Helpful, friendly staff. The food at the restaurant was excellent. The buffet breakfast had a good spread, with a good coffee choice. From the room I could see the Serra de Estrela. The hotel is right in center of the town, easy to walk to shops, bars etc.

Location was excellent in the centre of Seia. An easy walk to a great local restaurant (The hotel restaurant was closed during our stay). Also easy access to Serra da Estrela area. Staff were friendly and helpful.

There are a lot of steps to the pool and it was only after visiting it that I found out that you can take the lift. Some clear information would have been useful.

The breakfast was wonderful and very good!:) Employees of the hotel were excellent - very helpful! Location was good. Parking was OK - but a little steep driveway to get into and out of parking lot. But plenty of parking available.

The hotel is very nice - the only thing is maybe the carpet needs to be replaced at some time. Everything else was very nice.

We used the hotel as a base for exploring the Serra da Estrela on our motorbike. Great location, friendly staff, comfortable rooms, and a good breakfast. We were able to park our motorbike under cover just outside the main doors.

The age of the hotel is showing, but everything works as intended.

I'm used to having refreshments in the rooms I stay in. Everything else was first rate,and I would recommend the hotel to anyone.

The staff was really friendly and helpful, especially with the babies. The hotel was well located in the centre. The pool was a big plus (there is also a smaller pool for the kids), and the breakfast was very nice.

The pool's access involved many stairs. The pool bar closed early (at 18h30 in August), and the space around the pool was sometimes limited to the number of guests. One of the rooms was a bit small (we had an extra crib in the room).
