Almost everything the breakfast, the staff beheivior, the services, the bar, resturant, the house keeping stuff were also very nice, the reception stuff were quire helpful

I was at the 4th floor and my room had low reception for the wifi exepet for the toilets. they need to say the people how the Electricity sockets near the bed work, that after you put the card in place you need to press a button for it to work cause it caused to think my charger was broken and so i bought a new one wich cost me 19.5 € wich i did not plan to buy

The hotel is very nice , the breakfast is rich and delicious. The location is good also, near metro and bus station. There is a lot of stores close to the hotel.

This time we were in renovated room and this was great. But the structure which must be clothes hanger, plus place for fridge and safe box is so poor stuck to the wall, so when my husband tried to open the fridge door all this went out of the wall and fell down to my husband. We got another room after that. But I hope the staff pays attention to that accident and the next room which will be renovated will have not this problem.

Furniture is simple and essential. Bathroom's cleanliness is ok but the room is not perfectly clean cause I have found hairs on the floor indicates it was not perfectly used the vacuum. Although room is in the front of the Main Street, it is well soundproofed and it was possible sleep without noise. Breakfast is for every taste: from fresh fruit to eggs through croissants and delicious pastries. Regarding location, metro station is at 10 minutes by feet and the automatic ticket machine allows you to manage trips independently. Although I didn't use it, I popped into the gym on the seventh floor and although very small it has all the TECHNOGYM equipment for training.

Overly simple decor. I would have preferred to find a wardrobe with doors to be able to store clothes inside. The general style of the hotel is 80's but acceptable.

Nice hotel and with customer oriented staff. Also, nice room with great view from the 7th floor.A bit busy on breakfast time, however it wasn't an issue after all.The hotel is located at 5-10 min walking for the metro station with direct link to Colosseum and from there at 3 stations you can reach Vatican.The other main attractions can be easily reached by foot (Spanish stairs, Trajan's column, Fontana di Trevi and so on...) We have enjoyed our stay.

The breakfast is so amazing!!! Really awesome breakfast, all kinds of food and fresh fruits. The room is ok with disposable shampoo and other things. The hotel is very near to the La Nuvola Convention center, so if you are attending conference there, it's really convenient. It's also near the underground station and bus stop. Walking about 10mins you will find supermarket, pizzas and gelatos.

There is a bug in my room and the staff change me to a much smaller room.

Hotel located very close to the metro station. Rooms are very clean, beds comfortable. We stayed at renovated room, very nice one, but our parents stayed in older design rooms. Cleaning staff did amazing job, our rooms were perfectly cleaned every day. Breakfast was good, could find also fresh vegetables and fruits.

Before arrival ordered transfer for 6 people, but there has been miscommunication in hotel and they sent us small car, so one part of the group needed to take taxi. Driver did not charge us transfer fee, we covered only taxi costs. In our room window was broken we could not open it, and air conditioner did not work, so it was 26 degrees in our room, but when we checked out, maintenance came to repair this issue so other tourists won’t have this issue :)

We stayed with my colleagues for a weekend. Hotel is very nice and clean. Breakfast for Italian usually only sweet breakfast was really good, you find it continental. Definitely would stay again. Only one thing made me sad… that we flew very early back home and our packages with breakfast was not ready and we had 2 cars booked to take us to airport. Hotel Said it would be €50 per car, there was 11 of us which was not a problem because they were vans, just driver said we have to pay €60 for a car. So the info from hotel was not good, I had to say something and hotel paid for the rest for us. So thank you for that. We really enjoyed our stay, coming back but be careful next time please.

I really liked that the rooms were quiet and well equipped. The breakfast is really standard though the little donuts were great. Staff is super friendly and nice.

The breakfast could’ve been better since it’s Italy, and perhaps the hours could be more flexible (7am -10 am) The hotel bar is a little pricey, I ordered 1 orange juice and a toast for 9,50€ The Gym doesn’t have weights only treadmills and bikes

Everything was great. Room was clean. Near bus and metro station. Stuff was kind, always available. Breakfast was great, so many choices. Everyone can choose something that they like to eat. I enjoyed my stay at hotel and I would book it again.

Everything was perfect.

I got complementary chilled water everyday considering Rome was very hot in summer .

The bed was bit smaller than expected considering the price of the room
