Staff was very helpful and friendly. The rom was clean. Breakfast was good. Close to all types of public transport.

We had a minor incident where the cleaning staff knocked on the door and without waiting opened the door with their own keys. I was in the bathroom and when you open the rom door you can see straight in the bathroom. This is inappropriate for to many reasons to try to list them all here. It happened at around 8.30 AM which was way before check out time(12.00) Needs some improvement in routines to avoid this type of situation in the future.

Great hotel and great staff. We travelled through Europe and needed a place to stop and rest, booked it half an hour before arrival. Was met with the nice receptionist and she sorted us a cot bed for our boy straight away. We only stayed there 1 night and arrived late so used the hotel just to sleep. Had breakfast in the morning which was great, had a lot of variety for everyone, definitely recommend.

Hotel parking at a charge, feel the parking could have been free for hotel guests .

modern, clean and nice staff. The location is not close to the center (sort of at the edge of the city) which was good for our purpose because we used this hotel as a base for hiking day trips.

considering the value, it met all my expectations and even was better than my experience from other 3star chain hotel

Everything was as it’s on the box cover. We arrived quite late due to a thunderstorm on route. The staff could not do enough to assist us; it was great that they were able to offer us pizza and beer (that was enough under the circumstances). It was a great stopover

Actually yes, there was no fridge in the room

All good except there was no water in the room. A great place to stop as it is close to the motorway. Parking is good. You can park inside the barriers for a small charge or outside the barriers which is okay too

Its convenient location makes it an ideal place to rest overnight before continuing on your way. Offers an extensive breakfast. The rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable. And they also didn't charge any parking fee.

Room was good, modern, well lit. Bathroom was really nice.

Bathroom was nice, but there was hair in the shower and in the sink… also the way the shower was water splashed all over the bathroom.

Hotel located nearby large avenues quickly leading to motorway. The room was very good. We had two large twin beds and a large telly. The room was also airconditioned, which is very nice especially during some hot days on May. Staff was very helpful and speaks English. Very good breakfast. The weakest point on this hotel is the Wi-Fi connection, which is slow and erratic. If you need internet for your work..... look for another hotel!

There are hidden cost! Parking is not free! For free parking you can park your car outside the hotel premises though.

Staff was very flexible. We arrived past midnight, all ok. Late check-out time. Breakfast.

Key did not work after 11 hrs (but helped well by staff to find a solution).
