The daytime clerks were very pleasant. One of them assisted us to unhook our trailer when we needed to go into town.

The night clerk that checked us is was a little snotty. She complained that we were disrupting her other duties and when I didn't catch everything she said because I was tired from the road, she basically scolded me for not keeping up.

Parking was well lit. Building was clean. My room was clean and comfortable.

There was a sign limiting breakfast food to one serving. It felt restrictive and punitive. If I’d had my boys with me I would have felt like we had to go out for breakfast because they are growing and eating a lot. It was just kind of off putting.

The room was clean and well supplied.

We stayed previously and had a better experience. This time there was no hot water in the breakfast room to make tea because the automated coffee machine was out of order. Also, the yogurt machine was out of order.

We expected a run of the mill "motel" but everything was clean and well maintained. This may sound silly, but the shower was the best we had experienced so far on our multi stop journey. The morning breakfast featured omelets freshly made for each guest. The facility and staff was very pleasant.

Nothing comes to mind, the facility exceeded our expectations.

Loved that the rooms are big with alot of room. Pillows are super soft. And weather you park in front or back you see you vehicle. Amd omg the breakfast! It was amazing! Homemade omlettes with a side of hashbrowns.. the lady and gentleman serving breakfast were sweethearts very welcoming and made u feel at home. Best stay ever! Would definitely stay here again.

The staff is great(Matt was awesome he made you feel like you were special and he would accommodate you anyway he could) The rooms and facilities are very very clean and well maintained,they have a young man who makes omelets for breakfast each morning they were exceptional as well. I would highly recommend this stay it was above exceptional.

Easy access to the Best Western and parking was great. Elevator was convenient. Omelets were fantastic for breakfast. Staff was excellent as well.

Pillows are small and not very comfortable.

Friendly staff! Ethan was outstanding in his service. The cook to order breakfast omelets were a nice touch! We booked because the hotel was pet friendly, but didn’t bring our dogs.

The jacuzzi needs to be fixed or remove the photo of it on your website.

The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The custom omlett was very good and the staff were very friendly. This was one of the best Best Westerns that I ever stayed in.

The pool was under repair.

Wonderful breakfast and so accommodating. We needed a GF menu and they worked to make it so. Appreciated that.

Pretty dark the night we got there. Just didn’t have the lights on. Kind of scary if you are not familiar with the parking lot
