We stayed in the 3brm penthouse, its big with open concept living/kitchen/lounge area. Enough for all 6 of us without feeling cramped. Everything was awesome except the bed. We paid $20 for a car park for 2 nights, we could fit 2 cars comfortably (4x4 Ute + SUV Wagon) in the spot because it was so long. The Hotel is located in North Hobart with the restaurant precinct at your doorstep. We could walk into the city (approx 30-40mins) but we took taxi's who were easy to find and wave down just around the corner at the pub entrance. We stayed over the Dark Mofo period and attended the Winter Feast, which is a must do if in Hobart over the winter solstice. The Republic bar (pub) is next door, but we didnt hear any noise from our room and its a good place for a cheap drink. This was our second stay and apart from the bed being to soft, its a great place to stay and we will be back.

Great place to stay, the rooms were spacious and well maintained. It is located in a great place out of central Hobart but in the middle of North Hobart, beside a restaurant and bar.

The concierge on the Sunday night of arrival was a bit pushy. Although I didn’t have an electric car I was told to park in one that has the charger (there are lots in the hotel). Every day that I came back there was a cone over the carpark which was placed by the hotel staff. They knew I didn’t have an electric car but still placed it there each day. Painful.

This is a new premises in a great location at the restaurant precinct. Good underground parking and easy access. The room was modern, clean and spacious. The bed was comfortable and the room was extremely quiet. Staff were excellent and attentive. The location was just north of the CBD (15 min walk) and there were many craft breweries and cafes, restaurants nearby. I will use this accommodation again when in town. I really enjoyed these apartments.

The only thing I can think of was that the pillows were too hard but cleaning staff quickly remedied this and supplied soft ones. Apart from that, the apartment was excellent.

The apartment we stayed in was new and very clean with excellent facilities. The bathroom and shower were clean and modern. Cooking facilities were useful. The location was close to shops, bars and restaurants in nearby Elizabeth Street. It was a pleasant downhill walk to town and the waterfront.

The bed was a bit too soft for my liking. We were on the lower floor and the small courtyard was bare apart from two plastic chairs and the view was a brick wall. The courtyard would have benefited from some plants and a table.

This apartment is about 18 minutes walk from the city centre, there is bus to catch to get to the destination. Very convenient location, short walking distance to variety of restaurants (Vietnamese, Korean, Malaysian and etc), cafe, pubs, chemist, supermarket and alcohol shop. The apartment is fabulous, good service staff, clean and comfortable room with awesome ocean view. And TV comes with YouTube and Netflix if you have an account. We loved and enjoyed the stay!! Will definitely go stay there again in the future if we go to Hobart again.

Residential and hotel complex opened only two years ago so everything pristine. Room relatively as bed, two armchairs, table and chairs take up space. Kitchenette well stocked with utensils, fridge, microwave, stove top. Bed very comfortable. Has a laundry and underground parking. Only half hour walk to harbour front. Several restaurants and cafes five minutes away. Really friendly and helpful reception staff but only open 8am to 7pm. after hours use pass key.

Balcony on quiet side overlooks a wall, on other side overlooks very noisy bar but closes 11pm. No safe.

I stayed here specifically for the kitchenette facilities and they were perfect for my needs. My room had a two-burner induction cooktop, a bar fridge, a kettle, toaster, and even a little dishwasher. All the cutlery and cookware I needed were also provided. The room itself was perhaps a little small but all the facilities were excellent.

The only thing I didn't love was the location, which can't exactly be helped! It was a 20-minute walk to the CBD, which might be fine for some people but I found tiring when I was walking down there every day.

Very close to North Hobart restaurant district with a good variety of restaurant and food options. Major supermarket within a ten minute walk if you choose to cook as the kitchen was large and well stocked with cooking utensils. Full-sized fridge, cook top, stove and dishwasher. Apartment has separate bedroom, large bathroom and good size sitting area. and has a good sized balcony if you choose to sit outside. Even though it is less than 20 metres from the closest pub and we were there over grand final weekend, we didn't hear any noise from revellers or people departing restaurants or other establishments. The entire complex is secured by card access after hours, including from the underground car park (extra $10 per day charge) and has an elevator with card access to all floors. It is close enough to walk into the city (about 20-25 minutes) but it is a slight uphill walk back. The staff were friendly and for the first time in my experience staying at many,many hotels, leaving our towels hanging up so they didn't need to be washed, was actually followed.

Car park spaces were a very tight fit for our Subaru Outback. Heating system was a little touchy

Absolutely wonderful stay! The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the foyer was lovely. The staff were amazing, and everything was spotless and fresh. Best of all, it was so quiet ( I hear everything) No noise for the 6 nights I stayed. You will find plenty of restaurants, coffee shops, pubs, and stores just 1-2 minutes away. It’s just a 20-minute walk straight down Elizabeth Street to Hobart Wharf,or an Uber from the apartments to the wharf costs around $10.

Very well-appointed apartment. It included all that we needed: kitchen facilities, really comfortable bed, excellent bathroom. There is a small gym and a small laundry. All easily accessible and functional. The location worked well for us. We used it as base from which to visit Bruny Island, Port Arthur and a number of Hobart's attractions. There are plenty of eating options just around the corner. Finally, the staff were friendly and helpful.

The only very minor criticism I have is that the parking spaces are a bit tight.
