I was very impressed with the greeting to the establishment by the manager/ chief he has excellent communication skills very easy to understand and he can understand what we are saying it's a great location we had the pent house A1 little grubby but better than a state penaterchery . His wife/ waitress is gorgeous and very friendly I thank them both for the night to remember the patrons in the room next to us where having a great time having sex I could hear the female was very exited and was putting in a solid effort to please her man . I must admit it was hard very hard rock hard my great Dane couldn't have chewed it .. um yeah what was I saying . LOL I've forgotten the topic..um. excuse me ok please I need to go to the bathroom..just a minute. " hey Frank where did you say you put the strawberry lubricant. Buddy

I actually booked at short notice as I didn’t have the key to my friend’s place where I was staying and didn’t what to wake her up to let me in. I was so happy to find a vacancy at 102 Harrington at an affordable price

All was fine. Maybe there’s a crack in one of the plastic cups, though, as I found a bit of water on the side table in the morning.

Very clean and great value for money. Staff was helpful. Very close to airport bus and a short walk to city Centre Would be happy to stay again

No lifts but this was known beforehand. Check in a little obscure - had to check in at the attached restaurant as reception area unmanned.

The position was everything, everything was close by and easy to walk to, the staff Jimmy and Casey were excellent really helpful. The bed was so comfortable in my snuggly little room, I don't need a lot of space and I was very happy with the room size and also the bathroom was a great size. It had everything I needed I wasn't there during the day, I was out and about exploring the city. The Elizabeth Street Mall is less than 10 minutes away, a shoppers paradise. I enjoyed my stay there 😊 you would too.

The stairs was my nemesis as I have bad knees but I still got there in the end, just remember there is no elevator, just the stairs. And for able bodied people it's no problem at all, Jimmy the manager carried my luggage up the stairs for me, I was so grateful.

Reception said they would send the code to the afterhours box through but didnt. Luckily there was someone still in the Chinese Restaurant who helped access the key to the room

close proximity to places of interest in Hobart city, friendly and accommodating staff, aircon and ensuite in room.

no lift so a little tiring going up and down flights of stairs after a long walking day (not a big deal though), blackout curtains didn't block light so was hard to sleep with city lights or sunshine especially with summer's late sunset, thin walls so was able to hear neighbours quite easily.

Casey was an excellent host, doing whatever he could to see I had whatever I needed. Even carried my luggage up the stairs. Room was bigger than I expected, a nice surprise. Conveintly located by Liverpool Street.

A lift would be nice.

Bed was too soft for me but it was comfortable for a soft bed.

The place was clean but the bags of things around the place was distracting.

Location, budget price and value for money. Also friendly helpful reception. Close to Skybus stop.

Steep stairs came as a surprise

The floor looked slightly unclean, or seemed so. I'd suggest that it needed a bit more proper wet cleaning. Room service (rubbish bin emptying) was done on the first day but not on the second.
