This is a capsule hostile where you have your own private enclosure.

You had to make sure that you had your key around your neck at all times to get into your locker or to get into your capsule. If you didn’t have your key you needed the numbers that you had on your phone so it is very important to just not work out like things I’ve go to the bathroom because she won’t be able to get back in.

I loved the lights and the mirror in the capsule! I loved that although you’re around people, you still have your privacy! And I love how many kind people from around the world I spoke to!

The girls bathroom is quite small. At the same time all of us girls staying there wanted to use the toilet, do skincare, do hair care, brush out teeth, get changed lol. So we were kind of lining up. The girls bathroom door doesn’t properly close either. And the dryer doesn’t work to well.

The place is located at the heart of everything, anything human needs is extremely close by, also the staffs are the helpful, very friendly and very polite,also the place is sparkling clean every single day,I wish I could stay longer...but when I will be to Hobart, the only place I will staying at is AIRONE HOTEL HOBART the on located at 152 Collins st Hobart..the best place ever.

Everything,the price is the best in town,and no one can beat it..the cleaniness,the help you get from the staffs ,if you need anything..the hot showers ,the clean toilets,the garden at the back,the FREE laundry,the FREE internet connection,The FREE coffee.

Great little pod own air con mirror usb ports and lockable. Also have a locker in a hallway that’s just for you so great. Staff really helpful. Good central location and there’s an airport shuttle stop right opposite!

There was some work being done that I don’t realise so the shower/toilet facilities were unisex during my stay would of just been nice to have a heads up but I’m sure it’ll be even better when it’s all complete. There is a kitchen area but there’s minimal seating really maybe another set of table and chairs would help as sitting in the pod isn’t the most accessible sometimes.

The shower head was excellent. The single capsule was spacious, warm with good ventilation. The mattress was very comfortable. The bedding was simple yet adequate. I slept soundly albeit with earplugs. The minimalistic design and lack of occasional furniture definitely sets Airone apart from the backpacker’s lodges. I was fascinated by how many people utilise the capsules during the day.

Far too many people opted not to used the lockers and their belongings were strewn around the facility making it difficult to navigate down the corridors. The ambulant toilet was occupied for the two nights I was there. And the two cubicles in the men’s toilets were occupied each time I entered. I would like to see twice as many showering and toileting facilities at Airone.

I enjoy visiting capsule hotels overseas and this is the first one I’ve been to in Australia and it was great! Self check in process was really easy to follow. I felt like the room was larger than capsules I had stay in before. I liked that my bed area could be locked and secure, although the accomodation felt pretty safe. All the tech in the room was a nice touch, especially the ventilation fan and mirror. Bathrooms were clean on all my visits, although I did not use them shower. Communal fridge was clean :)

The doona provided was not long enough to cover my feet, I am 175cm. Ventilation fan was a bit loud for me, as it was ticking, maybe needs a service. I think a microwave would be a nice touch, I had some leftover takeaway I wanted to heat up in the morning.

The location was exceptional, and the facilities were excellent. The majority of areas were spotless, but the disabled bathroom and toilet (which is used for cleaning product storage) was grotty. People who are claustrophobic should look elsewhere (but that's what you get when you stay in a pod hotel) but I loved sleeping in the pod. It was cosy and private, and security felt good.

The disabled bathroom was so yuk that I chose not to shower. It would be great if the storage lockers were a little larger or even if there was a bank of additional lockers you could rent for additional cost. The mattresses in the pods are very thin so it made my hips ache, but I put the memory foam pillow under my hip to sleep (the smaller pillow was sufficient for my head and neck) and then I was sufficiently comfortable for a short stay.

- Only one layer of securiyy, i.e. the front door (accessible by anyone with a pin number). - No power outlet in capsules. - No table or rack around locker area. I had to squat down and block the alleyway to organise my suitcase.

Really Nice experiencie, the capsule are confortable and with a nice space.

However my towels and bed clotches stopped to be changed in the 5 day *I stayed 10d. Also not a safety place to flipflops. Mine Havaianas were stoled there. Also the bathrooms could be cleaned with more frequency, I know that is a problem of the users mostly, however the showers flood constantly and this doesn't help much. Also a microwave would be helpful in the kitchen
