I was moved into a bigger studio apartment after problems with the first. It was a HUGE step up in comfort mainly because the first room looked over the back alleyway directly out onto an office building where someone clocked into their desk early and could see me in my room also having breakfast and getting ready. There were no sheer curtains so I spent a lot of time with the blind down in the dark & room lighting. The second room however was much bigger and had harbour views. If you’re staying for any length of time - the rooms that look forward are definitely worth it. The location is the best feature. Close to the waterfront and markets and CBD. The staff were also lovely.

Parking was super tight in their car park and I was always scared or scrapping my car in the tight parks between columns. If you have a car and need to park on the street it’s expensive and stressful.

Weekend mini break in Hobart. The location is amazing! Within 100m there are at least 6 different food options. It’s only a few minutes’ walk to the Skybus stop (stop 2, Brooke St Pier) & the MONA ferry. It’s only a short 5 min walk to Salamanca Markets & more restaurant & cafe options. If your trip to Hobart is for lots of sightseeing & out all day, this is a great place to base yourself. The after hours check-in process was easy to follow. I would defintely stay here again😃

Nothing major, but there is only one mirror & it’s located in the bathroom. Would be great if there was a second mirror in the main room area.

The location was amazing, the Brooke Street pier and Salamanca were right on our doorstep! Just a short walk to the harbour, we loved how close the apartment was to all the main attractions we needed and wanted to see. We walked to the city too it was very close. We also got an earlier check in to our room which was most welcome as we had an early morning flight and needed to rest.

We wanted the room to be serviced on Sunday so we didn’t hang up the sign to say “don’t clean our room” however when we got back we noticed the room hadn’t been serviced. Not sure why that was, perhaps they don’t do servicing on Sundays but we weren’t told. Also, I was told we could leave our luggage at reception on our last day when we checked out as we had a late flight, but the receptionist didn’t seem happy about this and was asking what time we’d be back. We did end up leaving them and it all worked out okay.

Nice apartments to stay in Hobart. Amazing location - across the road from the ferry to the MONA museum and a very short walk to Salamanca. So many great restaurants nearby! I got a free upgrade, so it was a very spacious apartment, with all the necessary amenities. It was a very quiet, nice place to rest after a day exploring the city. It's a little bit dated, but still a great value considering the price and the location. I didn't use the hotel's car park, it was cheaper to leave the car for a day at a nearby Market Place Car Park (early bird parking), and I had no issues parking overnight for free on the nearby street car parks.

Room was much bigger than we expected, we had 2 single and one double. All extremely comfortable with plenty of seating. It was very quiet around the area at night time. Great location, close to lots of bars and restaurants. Friendly staff and great to have a kitchen facility

We booked a car space, we were informed it was a small space but upon entering the car park it was even smaller than expected! Took lots of manoeuvring to park and was kind of pricey at $20 per night for a private car park and again the space was tiny space ! Thankfully we were travelling with a parking pro!

The location of the apartments is absolutely fantastic - walking distance from everything from the Brooke Street Pier for the ferry to MONA to the Salamanca Markets on Saturday and the water front Restaurants. Parking was super-easy when you download the EzyPark APP. The Front Desk staff were friendly and kindly provided excellent recommendations. The rooms are clean with lots of towels and linen provided.

Furniture. We had chairs. A small couch for reading would be have been good rather than lying in bed.

The location was unbeatable. Everything at your doorstep. Salamanca markets just there, great pubs and cafes just there, SkyBus over the road, everything within a really easy walk. I loved the mini kitchen with microwave, toaster, fridge, kettle and plug in hot plate. You may not want to use them after all, because the food in Hobart is cheap and delicious. Little grocer nearby in Salamanca to get good basics. There aren't many 7/11s in town so this was a bonus. Plenty of room in the apartment for two. Heaps of storage. Just great. Great water pressure in shower, comfy beds, TV (no Sky), really very easy to stay there. Staff were awesome. I would absolutely stay there again.

Unfortunately my bath was out of action. Disappointing but not a deal breaker. No Netflix or Sky, just regular TV. I wasn't in the room that much so 🤷‍♀️.

So handy to the cbd and eateries and shopping. Hobart is just lovely and friendly. Very clean room and hotel for an older facility. Staff were great and friendly

Amenities were there, but there was no extractable fan for hot cooking, which meant we had to eat out every evening. (More than enough breakfast, lunch, and dinner options in the cbd, however) More toilet paper in a family suite would be great, but if you asked, they were obviously more than happy to provide.

great location, could walk to most places we needed. room was clean and could be serviced daily, although we chose 2nd daily. comfortable and coffee and tea provided. Washing machine and dryer provided, on a different floor but that was ok.

Smell of curry came into the room each evening, which was unpleasant, and it lingered for some time, but had cleared by morning. Hot chocolate could be included in consumables perhaps.

Fantastic location and so easy to get to from the airport on the sky bus, also a 2 minute walk to the MONA ferry pier and a short 5-10 min walk into the city centre. It was also really clean and well maintained. The staff I spoke to before arriving and throughout my stay were all really polite and helpful and they also upgraded me to a bigger room which was so lovely.

If I had to pick at things it felt a little dated and not a lot of natural light with only one small widow in the whole room both things that are not a quick, easy or cheap fix. Again that’s only me being really picky, but it was still really comfortable and clean and a great location and I would absolutely stay here again!
