The location was fantastic. There was an issue with our original room (Colville), so they moved us to Montpelier, which was fantastic. Easy check-in and checkout. Communication was fantastic. Room 6 Montpelier was wonderful. Comfortable bed. Huge bathroom. Big smart TV. Even provided breakfast a few mornings and coffee pods, which was unexpected. The room was warm and simply but functionally decorated. There was a kettle, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine, a microwave, air-fryer and mini fridge (no freezer) in the kitchenette. Toiletries in the bathroom included shampoo, conditioner, bodywash and soaps. Groceries are available just meters away. Salamanca market at the front door. The harbour is just a stone's throw away. There are plenty of restaurants around. We would definitely stay again and would definitely book room 6 Montpelier.

On arrival, our original room, Room 3 Colville, smelled mouldy, which was found to be caused by a leak. After raising the issue, we were moved to another room. Just a word of caution Room 3 Colville is also very small. The patrons at the adjacent pub can be a bit noisy, and the street sweepers at 6am certainly wake you up.

I loved this property. It was so spacious and comfortable. Felt like I had an actual living room which overlooked the water and waterfront. The view at night was really pretty with the waterfront lined with fairy lights and in the morning it was fun to watch the markets set up and get going. Great food options around, very close to the airport bus and on top of the markets. The one staff member I met was absolutely lovely and very welcoming. Really great value for money.

My only complaint (which is not the hotels fault) was there was someone showing off their stupid fast car all night on the road below the hotel which kept waking me up.

Very nice suite/apartment in Salamanca Place- very central to everything. I stayed in Hobart for 4 days and this was the perfect accomodation. I loved the separate 'living area' and kitchenette (loved the inclusion of the coffee machine and air fryer) in my room. Bed was very comfortable. Apartment was spacious and clean. I didn't actually meet the staff at all but check in and check out was very easy with good information given via email and booking.com messages. Close by many restaurants, bars and a small shop within 2-3 minute walk The only thing to be aware of would be re Parking. As they had limited parking- I was only able to park my car in the car park behind from 3pm in the evening and until 10 am in the morning (cost approx 11AUD per night) before having to move my car during the mid morning/early afternoon. This was fine on the days I was away from Hobart seeing sites but difficult to work around when I went to the MONA one of the days as street parking around the area has a 3 hour max limit. However the rest of my stay was wonderful and I would recommend to friends and family.

The location is perfect for seeing Hobart and surrounding areas. The apartment was lovely and very clean which made the stay even better. The communication was great from the hosts especially as it is a self check-in. They emailed all information to make the stay easy and even gave location information such as food etc so it was a great place to stay. Being there right at the Saturday markets was great and the noise from the surrounding night life was not an issue as the windows are double glazed to minimise street noise. And the view was an added bonus.

The Ironing board collapsed with pressure so needs replacing. The plates, glasses and cutlery were a bit random and there was no sharp fruit knife in the kitchen but those were minor things and all manageable.

Our luggage had not arrived on our flight and we were told by the airlines, that without a local number they would have to just deliver the luggage and leave it outside - obviously not an acceptable solution. We called the number given and left a fairly desperate message. Marti Zucco was kind enough to call me and give us a number to use. He also was willing to keep us posted if he received any information from the airlines. It was getting late, but he assured us he would let us know if he heard anything. He really went above and beyond and it was truly appreciated. The apartment was in a great location and I only have good things to say about our experience there. I would definitely recommend it to others.

Great location right in Salamanca Place. Easy walk to city and docks, close to pubs, restaurants and cafes, but quiet. Didn’t even hear Saturday market set up! 7 day supermarket within metres of the door. Bright, light and spacious room. Well appointed with ironing board and kitchenette facilities including microwave and air fryer. Check in instructions easy and well communicated. Though no staff on site, they were fast to respond to contact and enquiries.

Nothing. As a suggestion though, some tissues would be nice, and as a party of 2 people staying for 3 nights, 6 coffee pods would have been nice rather than just 4.

Location, location, location. Loved the simplicity of the rooms for what we needed. Very clean and catering to my needs. Having a microwave, toaster, and coffee machine was great. Although there are no windows (only skylights) it did not matter. The room had so much sunlight in it. The location to eateries was 10/10. The carpark arrangement worked perfectly for me and was cheap!

Step up into the bathroom. It wasn't a huge issue, but it crossed my mind that I might trip up it at night if I needed to use the loo. I didn't so all good.

A great place to stay. Had the pleasure of staying in one of the room rooms overlooking Salamanca. Beautiful waking up to the sun, trees opposite and the Saturday markets below. Also managed to see the fog rolling down to the river early in the morning. Double glazed windows and air conditioning made it a warm comfortable stay in the middle of winter. Couldn't have asked for anything more. Self checking and checkout made it easy. Excellent customer service with speedy responses too. Aiming to stay again in the future.

Location was perfect. Walking distance to everything. Right outside Salamanca Market. Retro Cafe amazing brekkies close by. Apartment had a large skylight, no view compact, but excellent for those on the move each day. Bed excellent, the cleanliness of apartment excellent. I had need to contact staff, and they were there promptly and Marti was excellent. Couldn’t fault this property. Very very quiet will stay again for sure 10/10 ***** Try a Guinness Pie at Irish Murphy’s, just the best ! Adding these food comments as it adds to just how close this is to everywhere. Fish places amazing a 5 min walk to Mures or Fish Frenzy. Enjoyed our stay, apartment was well stocked with everything you need.

Best location in the centre of everything. Great for walking to so many cafes, attractions and Salamanca Market right below! Helpful and friendly staff. Very clean !! Comfy bed and great shower.

We got an internal room, which I hadn’t realised at the time of booking. There was no fresh air, which was a pity. No windows, apart from skylight, which did let in an adequate amount of light. Also, there was only 1 and not quite a half roll of toilet paper provided, so we had to buy more for our 3 night stay.
