Wonderful location Spacious apartment, very convenient The host/owner was very kind to accommodate some of our requests

The room could have been cleaner. Noticed under the bed runner that dust and hair had collected. Also under the kitchen sink there was a smell.. found wet newspaper stored underneath, perhaps left behind by the cleaning service

Great central location and easy walking distance to the waterfront and to local cafes and shops. The apartment was on the 3rd floor and had a great view of the harbor. Even though it was so central, it was on a side street that was very quiet. The apartment was spacious with a decent sized bathroom. The bed was comfortable. There was also a coffee pod machine and a full sized fridge-freezer, which was a nice touch. It was good value for money and in a really nice area, with free off-street parking. We would definitely stay there again if we ever returned to Hobart.

The apartment lacked basic cleaning products and equipment, like a shovel and broom, pot brush or cleaning detergents. We were there for 6 nights, and there was no servicing for that time, so we felt it needed some cleaning products for us to use. There is no lift and the stairs to the apartment were quite steep. The oven didn't seem to work properly, so I messaged the management but never got a reply.

Good location with off street parking. Easy access with door code provided early. Very clean and well maintained. Bed was very comfortable. Bathroom was modern and well supplied. Shower was clean, spacious, had good water pressure and didn’t leak onto the floor. Kitchen was well equipped with quality equipment. Good communication from owner. Quiet room and location.

Steep steps to carry heavy suitcases up. Bedroom had just enough room to walk around bed and no power point access on one side of the bed. No shelf in shower to sit toiletries on. Needs another power point in kitchen. Pillows too soft.

The view from apartment 7 was beautiful. Since the windows were facing east, you could easily catch the sunrise through the mountains and the city. The kitchen area was exceptionally clean (I can’t highlight this enough). They provided a manual with details about how to use the appliances and their requests (like emptying rubbish and putting dishes in dishwasher— standard things) so everything was very clear.

Nothing really. Maybe the kitchen knifes could be sharpened a little more. The bathroom was fine, the shower has mould on the tiles and in between the grout. The carpet was a bit dirty. But as long as you use inside slippers shouldn’t be an issue. Everything else was perfectly clean.

bed was too soft but cozy comfortable. facilities were good. clean. There was off street parking which was essential in the location. great location to Battery Point entertainment and great food very close to Irish murphy's, Salamanca place, Sullivan's cove and Brook street pier - 10 minute walk past parliament house.

There are stairs to climb to enter the property with luggage. only disadvantage for aged, unfit or disabled. small dislikes - limited towel rack space and soap dispenser or holder non existent. light through window blinds and gaps during the night. a little noisy from other units nearby

Spacious, two levelled apartment with living room/kitchen/laundry/toilet downstairs and bedroom/bathroom upstairs. Shower great with hot water. Kitchen with all that you need except we didn’t cook. 10-15 min walk to Woolies and shops. Amazing views!!

If I had to pick something it was the smell of spices coming from one of the hot water cupboard at the main entrance. Managed it by opening front door for an hour each day. Otherwise, a very comfortable stay.

Perfect location. 5 minute walk to battery point and Salamanca restaurants and market. Easy access to everywhere. Walked to catch ferry to Mona. Supermarkets /chemist close by. Great place to base yourself for day trips and return for great restaurants close by. Off street park. Washing machine in apartment was good. Apartment had all conveniences required. Would return to this location

Great views of Hobart. Central location, close to Salamanca markets and main shopping.

The carpet needs attention at edges (carpet grippers) have come through and numerous socks were pulled. Parking is limited in the private carpark and very narrow (large 4WD). Suggest having a hallway stand or coat rack being Hobart we had coats on and off when leaving to explore.

Great location; walking distance to Salamanca Market, the wharf area and MONA ferry, and restaurants. Really clean apartment. Beds were very comfortable with nice linen. Apartment is in a quiet side street so no noise disturbance at night. Would definitely stay again.

We were located on the second floor so had to get heavy suitcases up the stairs. I know this is something that can't be changed, but if this could be difficult for people it would be worth checking if you will be in a ground floor apartment rather than upstairs.

great location (especially for Salamanca markets if you’re coming on a weekend), parking right out front, bed was super comfy, all amenities clean and modern looking, easy access with room code rather than having to organise key pickup

TV didn’t have Netflix but that’s ok, washing machine was a bit confusing to use and dryer setting doesn’t work so have to hang out clothes (this being said it is listed online only as having a washing machine and drying rack so we knew that when we booked) still got clean clothes in the end though so can’t complain
