Very comfortable, great location, clean & good facilities Gym & dinning spaces were great. Room was quiet and pleasant. Great window covers kept completely dark in the morning, well thought out lighting & power points. Room quiet, with no disruption. Despite being cold outside, never needed to use the air conditioning. the sky bus stop being out the front is also very convenient.

No laundry facilities onsite (and didn’t reply to emails prior to stay when asking about this) although some rooms do include (mine did not), ironing board in room was problematic, tv system (when just trying to lookup the restaurant menu) was problematic (kept restarting one time) and when did work did not list drinks or deserts (for the main restaurant). However overall the room was great.

The staff were exceptionally helpful. We hired an e vehicle and arrangements for charging were perfect - our designated car park had a charger! The room was spacious and the in room washer dryer was very welcome after a few days travel.

The only thing wrong with the whole package was the extremely small and very uncomfortable sofa in the lounge room. Certainly not big enough for 2 and not really big enough for even one to stretch out. An odd choice given the was plenty of room for a regular sized sofa. This stylish little thing was obviously the result of an interior decorator left to their own devices. Pretty to look at but completely useless

The one bedroom was big and comfortable and had everything required for travelling with a small family. We had a dishwasher and a washing machine inside. The staff called a day before to ask what we needed and we asked for the second room for the parents to be close by and they gave us connecting rooms which made things so much easier for us. Location was great, close to all the yummy cafes and walking distance to the harbour and salamanca.

We ran out of hand soap for 2 days even though housekeeping came everyday but didn't check. it didn't bother us too much though.

We were there for 7 days and had a 1 bedroom apartment. So comfortable with plenty of room - comfy beds, amazing shower, dishwasher and washing machine. The hotel also had a large downstairs area and bar with a welcoming fire and lounges - half price happy hour every day was also great. Located close to town and close to the water front - this hotel ticked every box for us!

Got a upgrade deal on on B.com but were apparently upgraded on the upgrade on arrival to a top floor (8th) one bedroom apartment. The apartment is probably one of the best we have stayed in Australia! The views of ‘the mountain’ and the Derwent were great and there was a balcony (we didn’t make use of it as it was midwinter). Very spacious, immaculately clean, huge bathroom with bath and large separate shower. Staff were lovely.

Beautiful common area with fireplace and lovely seating and bar off of it. Would be lovely in the winter. Hotel room was lovely with a good sized table for eating. Close to the CBD and the wharf area for ferries to MONA and Bellerive. The Fellows bookshop across the road is a really good one with cafe food inside.

No real views from our room on level 3. A staff member changed the direction of a lift we were in twice to suit where she was going.

Good location and quiet room on 6th floor, location has all relevant amenities.

RACV Hobart obviously does not like bookings through "third" parties instead prefer direct bookings only through their site. As RACV members we were entitled to free parking but this was removed and when I asked why, I was told that it is policy that RACV Members loose their benefits if they make their bookings through a third party booking site.

We found the location of the hotel to be excellent and only a short walk to restaurants, the waterfront and general shopping. We enjoyed walking around the city and getting to know it. We would def. stay again.

When checking in, I half joked & said, "I hope you've got a nice room for us " & I was surprised that the receptionist said because we'd booked thru booking.com he wouldn't be able to do anything about that as the room was already allocated. Which I thought was an odd reply and it made me wonder if we had booked directly with the hotel would we have been 'allocated' a better floor. I guess I'll never know !

The hotel and room were nice and in a nice part of town. Parking was very easy. The room felt like an apartment with the little kitchenette. It was very comfortable for the 2 nights we were there.

We booked our specific room because it was supposed to have a washer/dryer, but when we arrived, the washer dryer was missing. So, if that is very important to you, better call to confirm.

Location right in the city and sky bus stops directly across the road as does the hop on hop off bus. Good size room, bed was comfortable. Could open a window which was good. Breakfast was average and service wasn’t great. Liked the lounge/bar area which was spacious and food was really nice. About a 10 min walk to the harbour.

Housekeeping service was not up to standard. Emptied bin but didn’t make bed. One small milk supplied but we were staying 5 days. Told us that’s all you get, until we complained. One day they didn’t come at all to change towels etc. definitely needs better management.
