Great value and an amazing breakfast. Air conditioner in rooms. Staff very friendly and informative. They accommodated our requests of nearby rooms.

I was not able to add a third person to an existing room booking (booked 3 rooms) despite booking.com indicating I could make changes. I had to cancel the booking via booking.com and rebooked the room where I needed to add a child and room configuration (1 queen and 1 twin bed). The property prompted resounded to all inquiries but was strange they could not modify such request to an existing reservation.

Good location for visiting the Ferrari museums. Easy parking. Good multi lingual, helpful staff. The hotel is old and somewhat dated. It is however in no way run down and is very clean and comfortable. In fact the majority of the area is looking quite run down. There are a number of restaurants in walking distance, and I felt very safe wandering around. What this hotel lacks in style it more than made up for in value.

Located on the outskirts of the city. A 15 minute walk straight into the city Convenient for the motorway. Excellent breakfast, with so much variety. It was difficult to resist a taste of everything! We received a warm welcome from the lady at the desk on our arrival. Every area of the hotel that we used was very clean.

Nothing, it couldn't have been better. Excellent value for money.

The staff were fantastic from the beginning. The girl at the reception (the one who’s birthday is 30.04 was so kind to us and our daughter, it made our stay perfect. Room was very clean, wonderful and comfy sheets, and a very delicious breakfast.

The hotel is a bit old, but it completely compensates with a fair price, cleanliness and a wonderful staff. We will be happy to come back next time!

It’s a short drive from the autostrada and in addition to the free unsecured car park there is a secure underground car park for €10 per day which was ideal for us. The staff are all excellent- very friendly, efficient and helpful. The room was spotless and the bed very comfortable.

The hotel is in the suburbs of Modena, I had a lift both ways to the centre of Modena so no problem with the transportation even though there is buse to go to Modena. Clean room, good free breakfast. quite inside. the reception and the restaurant staff are great.

We like big spacious room with comfortable bed and big bathroom. Breakfast was good as well. Lady at the reception was very nice and welcome.

Bathroom was dated, refrigerator and air condition weren’t working at that time.

Hotel is located in the outskirts of Modena. Perfect for those who still wish to visit the centre but don't want the hassle of being in the centre. It is great to visit nearby museums and tours outside of Modena. Ample parking available on site and although no restaurant is available in the evenings there are 2 good choices next door (Chinese/Japanese and Pizzeria). Other restaurants are also close by on foot or by car. Breakfast has a great choice of both savoury or sweet items. Should be able to cater for all tastes. Staff is also very friendly.

Rooms don't have much sound insulation so sounds from next room, corridor and room above are audible. It didn't affect my sleep but those who suffer from light sleep should take precautions. Otherwise room is excellent.
