I absolutely loved the hotel room .. completely modern and huge room with all the amenities that you get in a five star hotel. Location is also perfect for everything. Prices are also reasonable and staff members are really helpful and kind .. the breakfast is so good especially the coffee machine… I had to leave early for the train on checkout day so they left me some breakfast in the evening the day before .. It felt special .. don’t judge the hotel by its entrance .. I liked the fact that it is actually inside a rustic building which gives you the true feels of city of Napoli. I would absolutely stay there again and don’t trust the negative reviews .. this place is the best trust me.. I stayed there for two nights

Location was amazing and the staff were exceptional. Breakfast room was tiny but fine.

The walk to the property was dirty but the area itself was very old and lovely to be in. The building is old and backs onto the beautiful square very near the sea front. Naples as a whole is not clean. Even to walk along the sea front was dirty but that is Naples. Still worth a visit as the architecture is amazing. Don’t forget a visit to Pompeii which is incredible.

Lovely hotel just a short walk from piazza del plebiscito which has loads of bars and restaurants. Room was very modern and clean. Staff at reception were very friendly and accommodating. They also organised a tour to prochida island for us which was a great service too

top location, very close to Piazza del Pebiscito, midway between the seafront and the historical city center. Clean and comfortable. Super good breakfast

The location itself is great, as it is in the centre of the city, although there are some less-than clean areas of the neighbourhood. But then again, this is a problem that most of Naples suffers from. The staff were cool, the room was not your everyday interior, but all the functionalities were there. The breakfast was a bit lacking, but sustaining. Overall, comfy stay, great for a short trip. Bonus point, there is a pizzeria right next door, Pavia, which serves some amazing Neapolitan style pizzas :)

from arrival the staff were excellent and very helpful. gave great recommendations for local restaurants and helped us book a trip to Pompeii. the room was clean, comfortable and everything we expected from the pictures. breakfast, although basic, was everything we needed and the coffee even though from a machine was actually quite nice. bed was comfortable, room was quiet at night and over all we had a perfect stay. Diego in particular was so friendly and helpful I would like a member of staff like him at all hotels!

the room was not quite as sound proof as the website suggested and we could heat staff preparing breakfast in the morning.

Breakfast a bit short of healthy choice, only sweets and charcuterie and coffee from office machine. Overall nothing to worry about since 5min walking distance there are great coffee bars.

Room was clean. I arrived late at night but instructions were sent to me clearly and it was great. Felt very part of the locals with this location.

My air con in my room wasn't working so was very warm. Breakfast was basic, no hot food. There is a toastie maker and ham and bread. Muffins and croissants.

The tub was amazing and the bed was really comfortable.

Air conditioning machine was leeking somehow and made one corner a completely wet floor. Also you could hear people talking and having breakfast from our room, so it wasn't soundproofed.

This is a quirky B&B & once through the door & into the room it was delightfully comfortable. Breakfast is limited to a few pastries & beverage (but this is a B&B) served by staff & advised given Covid situation was eaten in room. The location is excellent, for the Paiazzo del Plebiscito & Palazzo Reale (c.2 mins walk), the port (c.15 min walk), Quartieri Spagnoli, Via Toledo, with Spaccanapoli & Castel St. Elmo c.20 min walk through the side streets where an appreciation of Neapolitan living can be gained. Round the corner is a restaurant which was full for lunch & with the local police dining there must be good with prices better than seen elsewhere.

The approach via the via Solitaria from the Piazza del Plebiscito is NOT the most salubrious & should not be done in low light conditions. Better to approach from the Via Gennaro Serra side which is a pleasanter route
