The room was clean and comfortable. The bartender at the down stairs restaurant was friendly.

I arrived early and the room wasn't ready yet. I was allowed to drop off my luggage and was told I would be notified when the room was ready. I waited three hours till after four o'clock, and that notification never came. Went to dine at rooftop restaurant. Was told the wait was fifteen minutes and I would receive a text when table was ready. After forty five minutes, I went back to check and the host said he dialed my number in wrong.

The entire property was spotless. The rooftop bar had delicious desserts and a wide variety of drinks to complement the view. We didn't get in the rooftop pool, but we went to it, and it looked very inviting. The room was clean and comfortable with a nice amount of space. Having a kitchenette was nice, too! The parking was convenient and easy. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Enjoyed a complimentary breakfast, as well.

The breakfast was kind of sparse the first day, but better on the second. It was a little tricky to get the water temp right in the bathroom sink. But honestly, these are some really nit-picky things because overall, it was great.

- Staff was super nice and friendly. Special shout-out to Carolina in the breakfast staff and Trish in the front desk. - Breakfast had good and healthy choices including cooked to order omelette/eggs, make-your-own yogurt parfait, breads and fruits. The self serve espresso machined was a welcome change from other places as I could make my own cappuccino with real milk with good tasting coffee beans of both regular and decaffeinated variety. - The everyday evening complementary wine & beer with cheese + bread reception was a nice bonus. Their lounging areas were also nice and cozy with good ambience and decoration. - Fitness center was well equipped with newer machines with entertainment options on bikes/treadmills and elliptical. - Didn't get a chance to enjoy the rooftop bar (because of Christmas holiday closure) but looked nice from outside - Heated pool looked very inviting but I hadn't brought any swim clothes so didn't try but the views from the rooftop were nice.

Nothing significant. - Underground parking could be cheaper or included. - There was some confusion about the parking area outdoor but I was parking underground mostly so didn't bother to ask. Maybe something other travelers should inquire about to avoid getting any surprises. - Didn't seem to have many cheaper dining choices around within walking distance but that maybe because I was there during Christmas week and weather wasn't that great so didn't really explore much. The impression was based on just driving around the property.

Lovely clean, fresh and modern hotel. We got upgraded to a suite for signing up to the loyalty programme and it was super spacious. Really comfy bed, great shower water pressure and very spacious. The facilities are great - we loved the pool (although very limited seating around it) and the roof top bar/restaurant was fantastic.

Breakfast was just ok. The least variety on offer we experienced on our whole trip (we were on a Roadtrip) which was surprising compared to the quality and price of the hotel. Very limited seating around the pool.

Very modern and new hotel with great facilities, wonderful room, and also amazing location. Breakfast was included and as far as we could get to it, really good.

We were informed at reception that breakfast was until 10am but the staff closed at 9am. We ended up having only 15 min that was mostly time in line and mostly missed breakfast. We were not alone though, there were many vacationing guests making the line and that also missed breakfast. Staff was rude and not accommodating. Given it was summer time, this was very annoying.

The breakfast was great, and the room was nice, if generic.

We arrived late at night and didn't have much communication with the staff when we checked in. When we entered our room, we saw on the sign on the inside of the door that check-out time was "12 NOON" and we planned accordingly. My husband went to a coffee shop to do some work and I was doing some work at the hotel. Housekeeping knocked on my door and said check-out was at 11. I called the front desk to request to check out at noon, explaining what the sign on the inside of the door said, and the person there literally didn't believe me. The misstep in having two check-out times is one thing; accusing me of lying is another. They made me take a picture of the inside of the door and email it to them to prove that I wasn't making it up. Very weird.

Spacious room, spotlessly clean. Comfortable beds, quiet air conditioning. The roiftop pool was great with fab views. Manager's evening reception was an extra perk with complimentary wine, beer and bread and cheese.

Lack of cutlery at breakfast! No forks on one day, no knives on another. Apparently, all the cutlery was being used for conference guests.

The hotel was clean and quiet. The hotel staff we interacted with were all wonderful, particularly the young folks handling front desk, the breakfast room, and the "happy hour" station on Thursday. The location is great- we walked to the Tabernacle, a movie theatre, and the basketball stadium (and the planetarium was right there as well). There is off-street parking available and there are also train stops and lots of restaurants nearby.

The shower in our room was not great- it drained very slowly.

The property is modern and well kept. Central location made downtown totally walkable. Near to all the important sights. The included breakfast was exceptional for a hotel, with made-to-order omelets and a variety of other healthy breakfast options. Staff were very kind and attentive.

Very little not to like. Our only unimportant-to-us snafu was that we did not receive room cleaning service our last day. Absolutely no big deal in today’s world of reduced hotel room cleaning.

I enjoyed everything about this hotel, from the view of the Capital Building from my room, the heated pool on a cold November afternoon, the continental breakfast, and the gym and the equipment. It's also a 2-5 minute walk from the Delta Center, depending on which entrance you enter from. If you're looking to attend an event, or two at the Delta Center, this is an excellent hotel.

No dislikes really, although I wish they would have served wine and cheese on Fridays and Saturdays as well. I missed out on sampling it. Next time, for sure.
