The beds were comfortable.

At 2:30am, after I had settled in. I heard people in the hallway. Then the doorknob started to move, which startled me. I thought it would stop and it didn't. Like the person kept pushing and pulling at the door. I finally got up off of bed and opened the door. I greeted and asked how I can help. The lady and her kid got startled cuz I am sure they didn't expect the door opening. Well, she realized she had the wrong room and apologized for the trouble. I closed the door and went back to bed. I am sure they figured it out cuz I didn't hear any commotion soon after.

The location was great, close to the expressway and a multitude of shops and restaurants. They had hot breakfast and an indoor pool. The front desk was friendly, there was an employee whose name I didn’t get that questioned me about having a reservation immediately after I checked in. In full flight attendant attire with my luggage. Other than that my stay was exceptional. I would book again. The guy over breakfast was very nice and attentive. Thank you.

Room and facilities were quiet. The rooms were clean. Breakfast had a lot of great options.

Property is aging and not kept all the way up to date. Smokers on the 'front porch'. Control of the in room HVAC was overridden by the office. I could change the an or temp settings but it didn't actually do anything.

It was clean, beds were comfortable

The bathroom faucet had a handle on backwards, which was strange, and toilet seat almost seemed like it was partly melted.

Location is close to the expressway and just minutes from shopping. Breakfast is good !! It's always something different everyday which is nice.

I wish the pool was heated...its was a bit chilly

Comfy bed with clean sheet atop the spread, very inviting. Great room cooling in the hot weather, with a continuous fan feature for welcome white noise. Great hot breakfast with scrambled eggs, chorizo and potatoes and a pot of oatmeal as great alternatives to sugary fare. We considered this motel a "find" so close to Chicago at a reasonable price for comfortable accommodations.

Breakfast area staff person was an awesome employee. He went out of his way to be helpful and kind.

Rooms could have used a little paint especially the bathroom as things tend to age .

I liked that I found a parking spot that was right by my room. It was a restaurant right next to the hotel and it took no time to get checked in. The staff and guests were very friendly and welcoming. They had hot breakfast in the morning and again -both the staff and guests were very helpful and showed great hospitality.

Nothing I could think to complain about. Everything was pretty convenient for a night out.

Breakfast could have been better more kid selections my kids didn’t really eat maybe pancakes would’ve been good or eggs , muffins, sausage , bacon . The pool doesn’t have enough tables or chairs , wish there was a younger kids pool and heat in the pool room it was freezing in there before getting in the pool everybody in there said it .

The property served its purpose. For not being there more than sleep it was tolerable.

unfortunately the bed are stiff as a board. breakfast was very limited, my little guy wanted a bagel and they were like hockey pucks. as well as they don’t manage the ruckus after later hours. I was woken up every day by slamming doors and nonsense
