Reception staff pleasant and helpful. Our room was nice and spacious.

We were very disappointed with the breakfast, which fell far short of what you’d expect from a 5-star hotel. There was barely any fresh fruit—only a few apples and pears—and the orange juice was not freshly squeezed. The bread selection was poor, with pieces heaped together in a rather unappetising pile. I asked if there were any berries such as strawberries or blueberries, and the waitress rather dismissively told me they had been available earlier but were now gone. It gave the impression that portions are being rationed. We had considered ordering an omelette at an extra cost (despite having already paid €379.72 for the one night stay), but after seeing another guest leave his omelette half-eaten, we decided against it.

Risorgimento Hotel is located right in the heart of Lecce, and the location couldn’t be better. Even though it’s within the ZTL (limited traffic zone), it’s still easily accessible by car. The hotel handles the license plate registration with the authorities, so you can drive in without any issues. There’s also a convenient valet parking service available. The room was very spacious, and the beds were incredibly large and comfortable. The staff was genuinely friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. Although the price is on the higher side, the overall comfort and quality of service make it absolutely worth it

We had an absolutely fabulous stay at the Risorgimento Resort. The location is perfect – right in the historic center, with everything just a short stroll away. The staff were warm, professional, and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Our room was spacious and spotlessly clean, combining comfort with Lecce’s charm. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of local specialties to try. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a luxurious yet authentic Lecce experience!

Great location! The rooms are very quiet even though facing a main road. Very clean. Friendly and helpful staff at front desk as well.

We would like to have been given more information about the hotel during check in (e.g we didn’t know they had a partnership with a beach club, no info on the spa treatments, etc) and breakfast (we had no idea they had cooked breakfast options alongside the buffet). While our bathroom was big, the shower space was very small. Hooks to hang towels near the bathing are would be helpful as well.

The breakfast buffets were wonderful--very generous in choices, and surprisingly included scrambled eggs to order. Those eggs were probably the best I ever had at a hotel breakfast! We enjoyed the fresh fruits, the pastries and bread, the ham and prosciutto, and the cappuccinos and pots of tea. The waitress from Romania couldn't have been nicer. The dining room itself is lovely. The room was so very comfortable. The bathroom was gorgeous and included the largest hotel tub we have ever seen. We appreciated that staff honored our request for a quiet room by giving us a top floor room on a back courtyard to avoid street noise. The valet parking worked out so well for us. We appreciated Stefano's efficiency and cheerfulness. The front desk staff were always helpful, especially with directions for exiting and entering the historic district. I appreciated that they tolerated my grammatically incorrect Italian and didn't automatically switch to English!

Hotel is very centrally located, easy to walk everywhere. The front staff was very friendly and accommodating. The included breakfast was abundant, from vegetables, fruit and yogurts, pastries, cakes and eggs and bacon made to order. Our room was spacious with a large bathroom with a separate shower and tub.

I did not miss anything except having more time to enjoy the spa and the rooftop restaurant.

Great location, stylishly and tastefully renovated. Friendly, helpful staff. Nice breakfast with engaged staff member taking personal orders.

Incase one does want to catch a movie; Television offers a bunch of movie channels, but no English/American audio option and no possibility to connect with own devices. We stayed in the suite that provided a modern chaise longue in the second room which was unfortunately no use at all. No getting comfy on much too low and angular hard cushions trying to function as a backrest. A modern sofa would have been better. The second room was basically not in use during our stay due to this.

This is a top-class hotel, very well run. Staff consistently pleasant and helpful. We had a lovely room with large private terrace. Breakfast very nice, many choices and good quality. We used the valet parking service, it was easy and worked well. Location was very good in beautiful Lecce, walking distance to most every sight. Don't miss the Faggiano Museum!

Location is excellent. Staff and service were excellent. Cleanliness was excellent. Breakfast was excellent. Taxi booked by the hotel to airport pickup directly outside, friendly, fast, fair price and clean (different experience elsewhere...).

Simply personal preferences and/or sensitivity- Carpet Room door not soundproofed. When arriving by taxi from outside of Lecce, you can't be taken directly to hotel,

Very good location in basically the heart of the city centre. Very friendly staff who went above and beyond for whatever we asked for and needed help for. Good breakfast spread and spacious rooms.

Was mostly fine, felt a bit dated but clean and tidy. Gym was a bit small and only treadmill basically.
