Has EVERYthing equipment wise that you could need. Washer (no dryer though), microwave, utensils, kitchen sink! I think there was even a hot plate.

No tea/coffee/individual use amenities (does include shampoo/soap). Location convenient for its proximity to airport but it is a… sparse area otherwise. Unmanned nature of check-in could be an issue for some.

Good value ….i went for just a few hours to review this property for a future long term stay.

I was asked to respond to a question asked of me which was. “ Did you check out already, please reply” but they gave no way to REPLY AS THE ADDRESS THEIR QUESTION WAS SENT FROM COULD NOT BE REPLIED TOO. VERY VERY FRUSTRATING FOR ME.

Perfect for a solo stay for a few days, the room has all the amenities you could think of and was very clean. The location is a bit of a walk from Chitose train station, but there are a couple of great food options nearby.
