I had wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is excellent, making it very convenient to get around and explore. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, and I’d like to give special thanks to the gentleman working the night shift he was exceptionally kind and attentive, which really made me feel welcome. The breakfast was also very good, with a nice selection to start the day. Overall, a great experience and I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The rooms would benefit from better soundproofing, as it was difficult to sleep due to noise from other guests. The air conditioning also needs attention, as it works but makes a loud sound. In addition, the water pressure and flow in the bathroom should be checked, as it wasn’t always reliable. With these improvements, the experience would be close to perfect.

This place is perfect if you’re just looking for a decent, cheap place to sleep while exploring the sights in Trabzon. It was a bed and a shower and the AC worked perfectly so the room was very cool and comfortable. The location is perfect - just an 8 minute or so drive from the airport and a block from the center of town.

The breakfast definitely is simple like others have commented, and for a vegan like myself there was very little for me to eat. But for the price, I wasn’t expecting a 5 star meal.

A very nice hotel, perfectly situated in the center of the city. Spacious, clean room and tasty breakfast. Very kind and hospitable staff espacially young gentleman who greeted us during the check in. Although there were some technical problems they were quickly solved and the owner turned out to be absolutely honest and honorable person. The hotel is definitely worth to stay in.

The location was fantastic – it was incredibly convenient for getting around and had excellent transport links. For the price, it definitely felt like good value, especially since breakfast was included, which was a nice bonus.

However, there was one significant drawback: the room I was in had a noticeable smell of cigarettes. This was quite unpleasant.

Good hotel good location only one of them staff ,he is so bad ,i asked about something , he ignored me quation, and when we woke up at 6 am he was sleep and he closed hotel door , we woke up him and he was angry,and said you reserved only for one night but actually we booked for two nights, i showed booking email after that he said okay he maybe 37 years old , when you will go to there you will find him so easily, but about other , they are so profitional and perfect and they are so respectly , totally good place to remain compare with price ,

The hotel is close to the bus station and there is many restaurants around it. The room is nice. They serve nice breakfast.

There was a receptionist who didn't help with the lagguage and he wasn't speaking English fluently. He asked to pay money immediately. When we told the other receptionist who was speaking English fluently. He appolligized and offer us breakfast.

The location is super central, just around the corner of Main Street. The room was clean and the staff was super friendly. For that price, it’s unbeatable!

The room did smell a bit smoky.

A clean and good room. A spacious place. Turkish breakfast was decent with fresh vegetables and delicious bread. The hotel also provided a parking spot, and we had no problem staying with our dog. The concierge was very helpful throughout the stay and also helped with parking our car. The location is also very good: a lot of stores and locak bakeries are around.

Near city center, the staff was good, the hotel was clean, in the front of the hotel you can find dolmuş “transport station”, you can find AC+TV in the room

They should re-new the bed, and maintain the hotel

Amazing for its price and location. If there's a chance - take room on higher floor to see the sea. Staff was helpful and the room exceeded my expectations. Breakfast was included. Booking offered the cheapest price.
