Nice little tucked away spot near Glencoe. We were going to use it as a home base to do some hikes around the area, but it absolutely poured on the only day we were there. Luckily, the hostel is very clean and comfortable and we spent a nice rainy day playing cards, reading, and cooking dinner in the first floor common area. Our private 4-person room was great to get a quick night's rest and shower (the shower is kinda funny because you have to keep pressing a button for the water to come out but it worked well and had good water pressure and temp!) before heading out on the rest of our Highlands tour.

The hostel is a little confusing to find at first. Google maps put us in a parking lot sort of in front of it and it took us a few minutes of backtracking and looking at the map ourselves to find the sign that leads off of the main road. But rest assured that it's there!

We liked everything, the accommodation was very clean and comfortable. The communal area was great. It had everything you needed. It's in a great area an great to just chill. The staff were excellent very helpful and plesent. Very enjoyable stay we will definitely be back again

Only thing I wasn't keen on was the dark when you walked at the gate entrance towards the building.

Location was ideal, right at the bottom of the path for the west Highland way with beautiful views. Had everything we needed. Fully equipped kitchen, shared fridge with extra things which came in very handy as we forgot milk for our coffee & teas.. big tv and nice big comfy couches to chill after a day's walking. Room for 3 of us, basic but just what was needed.

As hostels go, this is really good with good facilities. Really nice exclusive use room with en suite shower room. Fab location. Kitchen and dining room were very good. Management were really good too, sorted out an issue promptly and efficiently.

Nothing about the hostel specifically. But other residents are not always as considerate as they might be.

Excellent place to stop while walking the west Highland way. The owner was really nice and welcoming. The place was spotless and really warm. The kitchen and lounge had everything you needed. Overall a lovely hostel surrounded by the mountains. Other visitors be aware this is a hostel and not a hotel.

Cute hostel. Loved the seating area outside each room - a great idea. And having an ensuite and room to yourselves was great. Although we ate out the kitchen had everything everything you needed and the communal area was great with plenty of board games and books

The TV was at a silly height!

The staff were absolutely fantastic! We had a dog, and they went above and beyond. They supplied a dog bowl & towel as well as some treats for her. Due to it being absolutely roasting, they even managed to find a fan we could use through the night to keep the dog cooler.

Fabulous location on the WHW. Receptionist was lovely and efficient. The facilities were outstanding and the bed was clean and comfy. Great that you can hire towels and the fridges and drying room were great.

The hostel cant do anything, I guess, about the other residents banging doors at all times of the night. Shower took ages to get hot but it was good enough when it did.

Perfectly placed for the WHW. Camped but the shower facilities etc were great and the bistro was also really good. Staff, particularly Will, were amazing and went out of their way to be helpful when the midges attacked our tents.

Midges are horrendous

We arrived off the WHW soaking wet and the drying facility was a godsend! The staff were so helpful and pleasant. Had a large umbrella for us to borrow to go out for dinner. Very comfy beds, great kitchen facilities. I’d definitely stay again.

The rain!
