Nice boutique hotel, not a massive place with hundreds of rooms. Staff was super friendly and helped us out with anything we needed. Room was comfortable and the bathroom was good. Nice water pressure. It's a block off of the beach, easy walk to the center of town. Breakfast was good each day. After a day of walking around the boardwalk and the city, it was nice to sit in the small pub and have a refreshing beverage. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance, as well as a small grocery store or two.

Not a hotel problem, really, but parking can be tough in Ostende. The hotel has a few parking spaces available at a parking garage a couple of blocks away. But it was a very dark place when we drove in, thought the lights might come on as we were driving, but they didn't. Couldn't fit our car in any of the spaces we had to choose from. Parking on the street is paid parking, so just be aware of that. We parked on the street overnight the first night, before we knew that, and haven't received a ticket so far... But there's an app for street parking, which we found out about from one of the wonderful staff members who helped us with it!

The owner and staff of this hotel embody the idea of hospitality, they are welcoming, polite, sense of humour and extremely helpful. We were invited to have some Champaigne on the evening of Sylvester, the breakfast was extraordinary and again the owners and staff were 'at our service'.

There is nothing not to like. It was a superb experience. The hotel has been recently renovated and refurbished with dedication and love for historic detail. People with a disability may have problems navigating the entrance stairs and various steps, but this is unavoidable in an old mansion such as this.

Our stay at this Hotel was unplanned but we were thankful for the opportunity to book a room at the last minute. The room was a quadruple room and was actually two rooms with a connecting door and a shared bathromm and toilet so ideal for families. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good, although expensive. The location is close to the beach and the town centre.

Everything was good. People with mobility issues should note that there are a number of steps at the entrance to the property.

Modern nicely decorated rooms. spacious bedrooms and bathroom with bath tub and huge shower we Superior Queen Room with Two Queen Beds. We traveled with our adult daughter and it was nice to have her in the same apartment instead of having to book a separate room. Lavish breakfast and friendly staff and a cute dog :) It's very close to the big beach and promenade and restaurants.

The location was a bit far away from the train station but on the other hand close to the big beach. We would have appreciated it if there was tea/coffee facilities in the room or at least a coffee machine in the common area especially as we yearned for a coffee after returning from outside after 11pm.

Breakfast was one of the best I ever had. Staff was very friendly. Very cozy rooms with high-quality materials. Nice to have the possibility to have a private parking space in a huge parking garage nearby.

Rooms were very well insulated from other rooms, but for some reason, we could hear a lot of noise from the street. The rooms were very comfortable but, in our case, a little bit on the small side. Everything else was perfect.

Good location near the beach. Nice renovated room. Breakfast was excellent: very fresh and delicious fruit , pistolets , also you can ask omelette or pancake.

There is an elevator but you have to take several steps. Not convenient with big luggage or bad condition.

Really close to the beach & few minutes walk to city centre. Breakfast with local products, fresh cooked eggs & pancakes. Comfortable beds, no noise from outside (room at back of hotel)

We got a room where shower window was facing the bed so you can see everything. We were 2 friends travelling so asked for another room and the staff arranged it, so all good in the end 😊 Airco wasn’t working during our stay.

The hotel was beautiful, recently renovated. The breakfast was well arranged and very tasty! The location was perfect. In the city centre, on the other side of the building was the beach! Also a parking garage close by.

The air conditioning did not really work. Might be a problem during the summer!
