Parking is right outside the room. No searching parking lots for a space to park and no lugging suitcases up elevators and down long hallways. The room was clean and comfortable. The air conditioner worked great! Ice is close by. There are three trash cans in the room! The towels are thick and fluffy. The beds and pillows are comfortable. The television is large and is mounted on the wall. The staff is very friendly and helpful. It is right off the main highway so it is easy to find and easy to rejoin traffic. It is one of the most affordable places in the area. We felt safe there.

Berlin Inn was excellent as usual. It is a very well kept inn that we have used several times for many years. It is not the huge corporate chain facilities, just a simple, clean, courteous staffed place to stay and enjoy the Amish Country visit. I have no idea how we managed to get the room through Booking but as I checked out Booking took over my last steps of purchasing the night's stay.

Everything was as good as expected or better. Any guests looking for an affordable place should try Berlin Inn first. If you don't want a fancy multistory chain, Berlin Inn is quiet, has all the necessities including breakfast, microwave and refrigerator in every room, cable tv etc.

The location was perfect. It is just on the edge of town and close to all of points of interest. It was quaint and quiet. The motel was exceptionally clean. It is an older motel as accurately described on their website, but has been kept up todate. The owners pride and care for their facility shows. The staff were very nice, helpful and knowledgeable about the area. I was able to check in early. Breakfast was continental style and it met my needs given the fact that I was in Amish community with various restaurants with good Amish cooking. I will definitely stay here again when visiting Berlin Ohio!!

Rooms were updated and very clean, well kept. Beds were comfy. Front desk was pleasant. Love the little deck off the side. Didn't use much since cold but would be nice in warmer weather. So convenient to everything in town. Really enjoyed our stay

Didn't realize no breakfast in am since office closed on Sun. Knew alot of places close on Sun there just wish advertised different so not to expect capability for breakfast. But not too big of deal, burger King across the street

The location is great - right off the Main Street thru Berlin. The room was very clean and bright - water got super hot quickly - bed and pillows were comfy. The staff were very friendly and ready to talk.

The breakfast was very simple. Bagels, yogurt, cereal, bananas and a tasty coffee cake that I kind of doubt came from an Amish bakery. I wished the TV had closed captions option on the remote.

The location was perfect for the businesses we wanted to visit. Very easy check-in considering our arrival was delayed and we arrived at 2am. When I came to check out, the individual seemed surprised that we were leaving at 4pm and seemed concerned that there was a problem. As I explained, our plans needed to change for personal reasons, but the stay was just fine.

Breakfast rather minimal but ok. Day staff pleasant. Night staff courteous but not very friendly. Price beat others in area hands-down.

Evening staff almost seemed put-out by my being there. Too much perfume in the room cleaning products...caused allergy flare up. But room was very clean.

We actually had breakfast with local restaurant Boyd & W, but did get a much needed Banana from yer bar😃 Soon as we arrived we were greeted with a smile and easily checked in, the rooms were CLEAN and Welcoming, THANK YA ALL SO MUCH, DEFINITELY RECOMMEND, and will return when back in area. GOD BLESS YA ALL😃

Everything! Perfect! Spotless, quiet,quick check in. Stepped into a newly renovated room. Occasionally have stayed in other motels for slightly lower pricing but always disappointed and return here. I prefer the lower level rooms and they remember that preference. Mattress was perfect firmness for my arthritis. Woke up - no back pain! Have been staying there for years - always outstanding stay.

I've stayed here a couple times now and the room is a standard size, always clean and service has been great. Has a fridge and microwave. The back side is decently quiet, I've never stayed on top side. No elevators also but that isn't a problem for me.

While I like the back side rooms, parking isn't the greatest. I wish they had a little better breakfast for the money also but considering the area definitely not outrageously priced.
