The view was excellent! The location was very handy with cafés across the street. The Laguna Beach Bar being downstairs was extremely entertaining over the weekend (but please book in advance!!) The check-in/ check-out process was smoother than any other privately managed room that I have booked in Malaysia.

Please avoid the hotel breakfast buffet and walk across the road instead. More options and much better food. I understand that the property is privately managed and regular housekeeping is not part of the deal. But at least one extra towel and toilet roll wouldn’t hurt.

Great view, nice big balcony, good location. Comfortable room, fitted with everything you may need with all the required basics in the kitchenette. Owners were very friendly & accommodating - fetched me from the airport & even brought me jack fruit from their garden. Lovely shaded pool area, right on the beach.

The room needs a little bit of TLC, such as replacing the carpet, which is looking very threadbare, with tiles.

Booked the apartment-like housing with 1 room 1 living room & stayed 3d 2n with my family (3 adults, 2 kids). Both areas have balconies facing the sea (wide, nice view) , balconies with plenty sitting space. 1 bathroom inside the bedroom with bathtub & shower. Ample dining space in the living room. 1 futon/sofa-bed in the living room and 2 single beds in the bedroom. Other facilities include smart android tv with netflix and youtube, wireless internet, mini refridgerator, electric kettle, microwave, and kitchenette though stove is not available. Great hospitality by the unit owner, smooth communication. Easy check in process (pickup season parking pass at the parking management office-parking is already paid, and pickup key at the apartment entrance door, in an attached security box). Also easy checkout process (leave the key back in the security box), avoiding any business at the hotel lobby. There will be damage deposit to be paid to the owner, though it will be returned back some time after you leave if the unit is left in its actual condition (no damage/ruins etc) Swimming pool and beach are within walking distance. Small convenience store available within the hotel compound for snacks, maggi mee, ice cube, cold drinks, swimming accessories. For muslims, nearest mosque and tourist attraction is the Floating Mosque/Masjid Terapung, about 5 min drive and observable from room balcony. Hotel is close to various eateries including McDonald's, starbucks, etc. Night market at Batu Ferringhi is also close by if one wishes to spend the night out.

Nothing much to dislike. One room for improvement is to notify the tenant on managing the thrash/where to dispose garbage bags. However, we got the housekeeping guy take care of that during our stay.

The rooms were clean with enough amenities e.g. kettle, hot water, ironing board, and even cooking facilities. Some items showed wear-and-tear though, and I suggest would need replacing such as the ironing board, and one of the torn-up curtains. Location was strategic enough - near-enough to town and Batu Ferringhi.

As with most places in Penang, parking is a terrible issue. Although we were issued a special parking card for residents, we still had to park outside the alloted areas, probably because of the high number of visitors.

The place was so nice & feel home..comfortable bed & pillow..aircon very cooled..Internet..YouTube..Netflix.. swimming pool..beach..cafe..bistro.. store..everything was so comfy & the incharge person Ms.Ng was so kind, helpful & humble..Will book with Veron for next holiday..

Nothing to say..

The property's beachfront location gave us a splendid view of the sea and ocean, with Mount Jerai being a far distant backdrop against the Penang / Kedah straits. The property's units were well equipped for a family's stay, comfy and clean beds, comfy toilets with soaps and shampoo, hot water etc. Living area with comfortable sofas to enjoy the sea breeze, fully equipped kitchen (fridge, microwave, induction stove, electric kettle, cutleries, plates and drinking glasses and mugs).

The walk way path between the hotel's elevators and the property unit is very long, shady, untidy and unkept by the Hotel management. Parking was not free, and make sure to have a loaded Touch n Go card with you or a debit card, as the hotel's parking uses cashless payment method. The TV had only the Malaysian free channels. Would have been splendid should it offer streaming services. The Wifi (hotel's) speed is of dial-up standards, and certain mobile broadbands (like Celcom and UMobile) gets intermittent connections in certain parts of the room.

Highly recommended. Clean and quiet room with reliable WiFi, fridge, ketlle and a toaster. Balcony has a superb sea view. Excellent value when compared with other hotels in the local hotel area. Great communication with host. Bus stop outside the hotel to get you to George Town or Airport. Close to two nightmarkets too

This particular unit which is clean, spacious and comfortable. The owner is very responsive and ensured that all my requests and queries were attended to promptly. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Nothing All Good

Nice view and a good location with a beach bar at the back. Spacious apartment and good communication with the host. Wifi worked well. There are lots of restaurants within a short walk. Quiet area away from crowded George Town.

Carpet in the common area hallways desperately needs updating. It's probably up to the body corporate and not the apartment owner, though.
