I was able to get checked in a little early after flying overnight with a layover from the west coast. That was wonderful and appreciated. Both staff at the front desk were very friendly, and the gentleman who checked me in went over the trails in the area and what I could see from them, so when I went out for a run or walk, I’d know where to go. The trails are close for running, walking or biking and go up towards all of the major sights in DC. The location is great, a lot of restaurants with a lot of variety. I felt safe walking around and on my run. The hotel was very clean, the shuttles were very convenient and the drivers were friendly. The food from the restaurant in the lobby was very good, and the coffee from the cafe was also excellent. I would absolutely stay here again.

The room service food was good. The check-in was excellent!!! The view was AWESOME!!!! The staff were extremely helpful and professional. The water pressure was good and there were plenty of towels. The parking valet was very professional and modern.

Not much actually. Just two things. I didn't like that there was no trash bag for the really small trashcan. Also, I wished there was a (wet or dry) sauna on-prem.

We like the cafe and how good our coffees were. Way better than having a Starbucks. The guy behind the counter was very friendly and welcoming.

We didn’t like when we first arrived the lady that checked us in had a little bit of attitude with my husband for asking simple questions. Also the parking guy the night that we arrived demanded us to give him our car key when all we wanted to do was chec in and leave we clearly weren’t comfortable just handing it to a random guy which led to him and my husband getting into an altercation because he kept demanding for our car key.

Loved the room. Cleanliness. Workout space on the 3rd floor wonderful. The terrace really cool. Laundry room. Convenient walking distance to a number of stores, and restaurants. Short walk to the Metro.

No complimentary water in the rooms. Although I like the concept of the water in the lobby in a pitcher, in other hotels that I have stayed at, I have seen children reach into those containers for ice and slices of lemon. No Thank You

The location is a quick drive to Maryland. The lobby area have a luxurious look and feel. The check-in and check-out staff was friendly and welcoming. I was not charged the fee to park in the parking garage, which I believed it was because I was only staying for one night, which I’m grateful. The room was nice, clean, and comfy. I love the greeting on the television screen of my name. I wasn’t too pleased with the breakfast, but other than that this hotel will be my choice whenever I am traveling to Maryland!!

The lack of breakfast options

I was caught in the storm near National airport and needed somewhere to stay the night, having a dawn flight the following morning. The restaurant was absolutely fine and I was able to get some rest (in pleasant surroundings) before my rebooked flight. The airport shuttle bus got me to the airport on time.

Beautiful Inside and out. The staff were perfect examples of perfection. The bar in lobby was great as well. The bartender Antonio was very friendly and helpful. Most definitely would stay again when I visit back.

Didn't like the 44 bucks for parking each night but hey whatever. Valet was just the same price but on the first level when entering the structure. So you might as well just get the vehicle into valet.

Clean room and the lady that checked us in was wonderful.
