Good water pressure and temperature in the shower; nice to have a mini fridge in the room; great breakfast; very nice and helpful staff. A/C worked well. Close to a nice range of restaurants.

I think this might be the only hotel I've ever stayed at where they didn't provide you with a single spare roll of toilet paper, so if you ran out you had to ask the front desk for another.

The staff are really friendly and helpful. They recommended us to pay in Argentine pesos cash to help us save money. It's in a great location, walking distance to so many restaurants and bars, also the bus station is 5 mins away that brings you to the falls. Breakfast was a buffet, with a huge amount of different cakes and pastries. There was fruit and toast, cheese and ham too. You get a free cocktail in the evening which is nice too. The pool is great.

The wifi didn't work in our room, it seemed to work ok out by the pool, but often dropped connection for a minute or so before reconnecting.

After the initial difficulty regarding my room not being available for the early check-in I had requested, the staff were helpful with any queries I had. They provide cold and hot water for drinks on demand which was very useful. Breakfast is good, although I missed not being able to have eggs.

Nice hotel with everything you need, excellent location - a short walk to the main bus terminal and to the city centre where there're all the shops, restaurants and cafes. Basic but comfortable rooms, good shower and a decent wifi. We had a late in the evening check-in and it was in the middle of a thunderstorm, Jose (if I remember the name correctly) who was typically there at the reception at nights was absolutely brilliant - helped us arrange dinner from a nearby restaurant, recommended transport options for the following day and also spoke on our behalf with a taxi driver in Spanish on one occasion for our day visit to the Brazil falls - super helpful and always with a smile! Made our stay even more comfortable. Definitely recommend this hotel.

We knew the hotel is a bit dated so wasn't a surprise but worth noting the rooms are basic and furniture is dated. Also the breakfast is quite limited (no eggs for example) and repetitive but the great location and the friendly staff more than makes up for it.

Good base for exploring the falls, and very close to restaurants/supermarkets in the town. Overall the hotel is simple but the rooms were clean and the breakfast includes a few different options. Wifi was available in the room, aircon was working, and the hotel staff were helpful in organising taxis for the airport/falls. There is a pool but we didn't have time to use it.

Good location , easy walk to restaurants , shops and bus to Falls. Basic room but clean and nice to have small pool area. Breakfast was good. Staff friendly and helpful. The manager ( or perhaps owner) gave us a map of where everything was including a good walk to where three countries meet.

Everything was ok , not an expensive hotel and you get what you pay for . Very adequate for our needs

The place was kept very very clean. Staff was great but Karen was exceptional. Always with a smile, did everything she could to help!

The plugs in the room. We didn’t have the right plugs and the one that we could use was so loose we had to hold it to charge our phones.

The hotel is well located and the staff pleasant and efficient. The room was comfortable for a two night stay and the plunge pool provided a great relief to the heat.

The air conditioning was too noisy to use while sleeping - I could even hear the air conditioning in other rooms. The room was very sparse.

Great location as it is walkable to the main streets where all the shops and restaurants are located. Bed was very comfortable, decent room size and i can't believe i am saying this but it has the best toilet paper in South America so far. The shower was hot and strong.

Not a criticism but not liking that we had to hand in our room keys every single time we left the hotel. Staff could have been a bit more helpful with information about the park. It would be helpful if they have more knowledge about how tourists can buy tickets as the website did not allow foreign purchases.

The owner was so friendly as well as the staff. It had a nice cozy boutique atmosphere. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. Good convenient location to town and all the restaurants are walkable. The pool area is very inviting and friendly. Would definitely go back
