The apartment itself was spacious and well appointed. There was plenty of room to set up my baby's bassinet, and to enjoy a visit from the grandparents for dinner. The apartment felt clean and fresh, and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay.

The apartment complex was not pram-friendly, with steps on most pathways. The elevators were tiny, and only accommodated one person with the pram or beach cart. Although the walk to the beach was only about 70 metres, it was an uphill trek back - not ideal with a beach cart and small children. Next door (on Beach Road) is currently a vacant block - the apartment we stayed in had a nice view of the water, but that view will be gone when construction begins next door. I'm glad we weren't there during construction as it would have been horrible. There are three buildings in the complex, the one we stayed in felt like it was disconnected from the rest of the complex - we were behind a church, and had to walk across a small internal road to access the main pool in the complex.

The furnishings are very nice, the apartment was very clean. Lots of space and everything you could need is thought of. Fully contained, large bedrooms and bathrooms. Ocean views, friendly staff. The location is close to everything. Coles was a 9-minute walk. Ocean at the end of the street. If I'm ever up that way again I'll be staying here again for sure.

We had a couple of issues with the AC, fan, lamps and some cleaning issues that we've addressed with management. The issues didn't ruin our stay and I think will be addressed with the cleaners. Next time we'd request a room closer to the large pool area that's suitable for young children.

Great location, wonderfully appointed with everything we could need, heated spa & pool were amazing & lit so beautifully at night, excellent bbq areas (so clean)

Number of us scrapped our cars on the entrance to the car park (but not a lot can be done about that)

Staff were extremely friendly and made lots of recommendations. facilities were clean and the view was very nice. Coming facilities were great and nice big TV.

Pillows were hard but I’m sure staff would have facilitated different ones but we were only staying one night so didn’t bother asking.

Generous room size and good facilities such as lap pool spa and tennis court. Close to everything and good it was back a block from the main street made it quieter

Some small maintenance issues could be attended to a fly screen had fallen off the window and I found it in a bedroom cupboard! But wasn't a major issue

We had a great stay at Coolum Seaside! The apartment was huge! We were so surprised at how big it was! The staff were lovely, the wifi was fast and the apartment had everything you could want and need! We highly recommend staying and if we come back to Coolum Beach we will definitely be staying again!

Spacious, comfortable and close to the beach. Apartment had everything one could need during a short stay, e.g. kitchen equipment, wifi, air con.

Kitchen items could be cleaner, e.g. the coffee machine had not been cleaned and was full of used pods.

Spacious, modern, clean and private. Love having 2 entrances one straight to pool area. The managers Sandie and Murray were a delight and made the stay wonderful from the very beginning- greeted us warmly and helped in every way possible.

Friendly and welcoming management. It's our second time there and we'll be back. lovely and clean, super comfy beds and awesome facilities. Location is awesome as everything you need is in walking distance including the beach. Thanks for making our stay so welcoming 🙏😊
