Really nice place, very clean, very quiet. Felt very safe! Breakfast was good and quick. Location was near the office I needed to visit, staff way very friendly

I didn't know how to get back into the guest house when returning late at night (around 10pm), but I am not from South Africa so the concept of the gates is foreign to me so maybe I should have figured it out

The breakfast could have been a little better. Not much variety and bland. Perhaps fresh muffins or croissants could be served with a continental option.

The property needs a little work. Small things need attention like window frames. However overall a lovely stay.

The breakfast was good. Great portions and made to your preference and fresh. A variety of breakfast items.

I did not like walking up the steps to get to my room, however that is just building design and the staff helped me with my luggage on arrival.

Quick access to from the highway. Location was very convenient for our purposes.

My Garmin direction took me to a point blocked by a community security gate. I called and someone opened a gate so we could get access. Going out was no problem as we used another gate that took me to the other side of the community gate. Booking notification should point this out.

The rooms were really clean and spacious. The location was good, close to the golf course and a lot of restaurants offers. The area also felt very safe and the hotel was gated.

The rooms were quite close to each other and the walls were thin so I would wake up if there were other guests up late or early making noise.

The staff was absolutely amasing. Food was good and rooms very clean. Stayed there for 4 nights and when requesting something different for breakfast that was not on the menu, they gladly assisted. Will definitely go there again.

Maybe for long stay customers, provide alternate breakfast.

The staff, especially the manager (Lisa), was absolutely phenomenal, world-class! The room was clean and well-organised!

Great location, close to airport. Comfortable, big rooms. Staff were very accommodating and went out of their way to help us with catering and provide a braai for us. Happily recommend Glendower View Guest house.

We had power shortages through the night, hopefully problem rectified.

The hospitality of the staff was exceptional, there was nothing they could not assist with. The room and facilities were what I had expected, even exceeding. I would actually suggest they under charge for what you get.
