The property was kept immaculately clean never do you say dirty Halls, or dirty carpets. You could run your hand across the lobby furniture and never once did you see any dirt? The decor needs something to be desired as it is very dated as the 1970s and there is nothing that says “hello “ but rather very dark and foreboding. It would be nice given the space if it was more of a garden, bright more minor than antiquated. The grounds are just beautiful and that they are perfectly manicured and they parking lot looks like it was swept every day.

nothing!! It was hard for me to nitpick the above critique to try to pull some thing from the above in order to find some pain that I didn’t like. In this category the only thing that they need to be more specific on is that it is not a breakfast that the lodgers receive but more of a continental breakfast with energy bars, muffins and delicious coffee, and tea. It would be nice if there was a space set up where the larger is could sit down at tables and talk about their stay there or where they’re going, and have more of a camaraderie shift, rather than grab a cup of coffee and a muffin and takeoff to their rooms or wherever.

The staff were super friendly and tried to accommodate what they could!

Due to the housekeeping policy, the floors were a little bit dirty but nothing I couldn’t handle

it has a sense of stepping back in time, but not being tacky. There is a difference between “stepping back“ and being tacky with things being closed and things being just forgotten about you.

being a disabled client, I had a difficult time maneuvering around, and that I had to wash my own dishes removing my own trash and counting the stars.

The title of one of my reviews of the property was in titled “a piece of nirvana“. When you stay at this property, you are totally in case in serenity, surrounded by peace of mind and serenity.

What have been nicer if there were public restrooms on the first floor off lobby. Need, "do not disturb" door hangers.

Good coffee. Limited selection of muffins. Liked the French vanilla coffee creamer.

Could have been more muffins. They ran out.

The room was very nice. We had an end room with 2 windows overlooking creek with surrounding trees. Walkable to Kohls.

The breakfast was just snack items. The coffee was fine.

Breakfast was good. I just have muffin and coffee every morning, they're fresh.

Everything meet our needs. We're happy to find this place.

Great location. Close to a lot of food and shopping.
