The location of the hotel is perfect, 10 min walk to the beach/golden mile and 10 min walk to the strip too, with a bus stop also right outside. Rooms were very modern and beds were comfy.

Only thing that wasn’t so great was that our tv stopped working mid way through the week and we were told this was a problem all round and would be fixed, but this was still not fixed by the time we left. Also would be nice to have some music playing round the pool, but other than that everything was perfect.

The room was really nice, tidy and recent. The pool was small and cozy but the sun doesn't get there until about 11. But space has just been made for benches on top of the roof of one of the houses and the sun comes a little earlier in part. It was very nice up there, obviously completely new. There is a supermarket right outside the hotel which is very convenient

There was nothing I didn't like about the hotel. The lift is very small but they just made a new lift that is bigger

Excellent stay. Location and staff both amazing. Beds and facilities were very good. Also really good value for money.

Only small problem was that the room got hot if the balcony door was closed. The fan didn’t provide very much relief to the heat. As we were located on the ground floor, we were unable to leave the balcony door open at night and as a result the room did become hot.

The hotel was close to the beach and also close to different stores and restaurants. The pool was clean and heated. The view from the balcony is amazing :)

The parking inside the hotel parking lot is permitted only for those who have rent a car from Avis. We did not know this in advance otherwise we would have rented from them. We chose the hotel because on Booking it said there is free parking. However, everywhere on the island outside parking was free so this was not a problem, but we had to drive around the streets a bit to find a place.

Top of my list was availability of sunloungers through out the day. Always plenty available on the beautiful roof terrace along with umbrellas. No rush in the morning so felt well rested

Complex would benefit with some lively music played by the pool area to keep people entertained

The rooms are spacious, location is excellent and the amenities are good value for money x

Some of the staff were a bit grumpy but I think I would be too at the end of season. Also there was no air-conditioning just a ceiling fan so I can imagine It get rather warm in the summer! X

Every was clean room done every day my partner had a complimentary bottle of champagne and cake delivered to our room on her birthday Never had that before totally unexpected great touch will always remember x

Coming home wanted to stay

most thinks, except people leaving towels on beds and disappearing for hours on end

letting people leave towels on sun beds for hours on end, when people that want to use them cant, and have to go else where

The staff were extremely friendly,from the reception to cleaners and life guards. Good sized rooms with great little kitchen area. Pool was great size with enough loungers for everyone.

That there is no Aircon in the rooms. Air-cool units can be purchased in advance which we didn't know at the time of booking.

location brilliant, staff wonderful and attentive, bar drinks and snacks lovely.

No AC unit, however room was never too hot anyway as ceiling fan was provided.
