Firstly, the food was outstanding which was quite a surprise - the Sri Lankan breakfasts were some of the best meals we’ve had in the 2 weeks we’ve been travelling around SL. The bed was really comfortable, the room nice and light with plenty of storage, the shower powerful and the staff lovely. Unbelievably good value for money. The pool was sparkling clean. Supermarket opposite and the beach 20 minute walk (or 500 rupee tuk tuk) away. We liked it so much here that we extended our stay!

Nothing! A little tatty in places but for the price point it was perfect.

The room we got was clean, and had a place to eat and also a sink to clean anything you need to, there wasn't a kettle to heat some water so that was a small thing I did miss, although i'm sure if I asked for one, I'd have gotten it. Over all it's a great place for a quick nights rest.

Not much to say here but there is this one issue with the pools location that bugged me so I never used it, that is the pool is located close to the place people will eat, so eyes will be on you as you are swimming.

its a budget hotel but has all the amenities . The place has a cafe which serves breakfast, lunch and dinner, which makdes it super convenient. The staff was extremely helpful , kind and friendly. Really made the stay a great one. The location is incredibly convenient, even as a super market right across the street. The pool is a wonderful addition to this place too.

Nothing to note that I didnt like. Perhaps a bit of maintainence on the water damage but that would be the only extent of it.

They were always ready to assist me with any queries or requests I had, which made me feel genuinely welcome and taken care of. Their warm hospitality added an extra layer of comfort to my overall experience. Speaking of comfort, the room I stayed in was spacious enough and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities. Rooms were spacious and clean with a balcony, desk & chair, TV with local channels, air con and a ceiling fan. Staff are lovely, friendly and helpful, pool was great. Towels for the pool are also available (and although there is a space for them they're rarely at the side of the pool, so you need to go ask for them too!).

Although housekeeping is available, and I believe there is supposed to be a card to put on the door, we never had one and despite mentioning this on several occasions we were never given one and had to consistently ask for housekeeping, fresh towels etc. Service can be a little slow, one morning I waited 40 minutes and no-one took my breakfast order so I had to go in and ask for that too, service is a hit and a miss, sometimes people are buzzing round you and other times they don't come near!

Everything meet our expectation. Quiet comfortable rooms. Clean place

Small issue was with the bath towels. After once you wipe they smell very odd/ stinky. And is dark blue colour which usually I don't like. White is white you can see if is patches or is very old. Next time i will take my own towel.

Everything was soo good. First i was worried about reviews. But trust me, this place is so clean. Basically there is nothing to mention anything negative. Room size is average. and its more than enough. Beds are comfy. Views and colors are nice. Good shower with sampoo and shower jel. Good restaurant with alacrate menu. Small pool, But still clean and nice. Good location. I like pretty much everything.

Can use public transport. Very close to beach 10 min walk only. Their staff also really helpful. Pool is amazing. very clean hotel. In that area comparing with other hotels this is the best hotel for your budget.

You guys need to keep water bottles in the room.we had to drink tap water. we needed some hot water but there isn't kettle in our room. other thing is there isn't any place for partying for in house guest. when we ask from the front office they said that we need to partying in our rooms. its really inconvenience. There is a restaurant but we cant take our own bottles we had buy from them.

Room was neat and tidy which is perfect for a couple on a budget get away. Excellent staff and attentive. By the way food is good and delicious with reasonable prices.

No Amenities or at least bottle of water along with some tea bags which is complimentary at any given stay.
