My stay in the king suite was nothing short of exceptional. The room was incredibly spacious, with a comfortable king-sized bed that made for a great night’s sleep. The design was modern yet cozy, and the attention to detail in the decor really stood out. The amenities were top-notch, including a large, well-appointed bathroom and a seating area perfect for relaxing. The service was outstanding—friendly staff who went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. The suite was impeccably clean, and little touches like complimentary water and a welcome note made me feel truly valued. Whether for business or leisure, this room offers a perfect mix of luxury and practicality. I can’t wait to return!

Super clean, easy to find, beautiful room even nicer than I was expecting. Sheets and pillows for the sofa bed were already in the closet, the front desk was amazing the lady that checked us in gave us milk for our daughter just so we didn’t have to get back out since it was so late when we checked in. The bed was really comfortable, room was really nice and everything worked as it should.

Nothing, everything was great

I’ma firm believer in the WiFi being fast and free. If I pay a rate to stay at Fairfield, my expectations is fast WiFi. Not paying extra for WiFi that doesn’t buffer simple video calls for meetings was a negative. If you’re charging extra for decent WiFi, I’ll rethink my company’s decision to stay at your hotel. All other aspects of my stay were fine. My work started earlier than 0700 so the breakfast wasn’t part of my stay.

Wish they had maybe biscuits and gravy in the breakfast lineup… other than that wish the pool being down gave a discount to price… booked it for because it had one and happened to be down when we showed. Only options was go somewhere else or just deal without… didn’t want to go somewhere else as we were on schedule and didn’t want to deal with hunting down another hotel.

The facility is what you would expect. Clean and comfortable. The breakfast was not good, so that was disappointing. Additionally, the cost of the stay was ridiculous. Apparently a local graduation gave hotels the excuse to raise prices to rip off rates.

Price gouging.

The location was convenient to the Promenade mall in Rogers but also close to downtown Bentonville.

There were multiple youth sports teams staying the same night as me. The fire alarm went off at 10:30pm, so it was a small inconvenience…nothing the property could control.

Our room was clean and staff was very nice

If you wanted breakfast you had to be there when they first start serving. When they run out they were out and there was no microwave in the breakfast area to heat up food or coffee if you were later.

The room was clean and comfortable. Large Tv. Had a single king bed room which included large desk, mini fridge and microwave. Location is close to Downtown Rogers, outdoor mall and Walmart Amp.

The elevator definitely needed some work. Broken buttons, wear and tear. I only had to take it to the second floor but each time felt like it wasn’t going to make it. Also some exterior damage near the entrance. The breakfast was pretty basic, in line with most free breakfasts. I did find it odd there was no fruit options.

There was no one in the lobby and it took them a long time. Those women don't work well and they charged me $20 for snacks and I never got anything. They also said they were going to refund the money and that hasn't happened.

The hotel was way more than I expected for the price. We got a bag full of snacks when.we checked in, our room was spotless, and the beds were very comfortable. Best night of sleep I have had in a while.
