Everything. Proximity to public transport, supermarkets, cafes and sights excellent. It is very close to Checkpoint Charlie which I imagine would be very crowed in summer. Excellent staff. Cupboards with tea, coffee, toilet rolls, towels in the foyer - excellent idea. Fresh fruit and refreshing drinks for visitors in the foyer every day. We have been travelling for three months. The beds and pillows were the most comfortable we have had. Good kitchen facilities. Great towels.

A few more hooks in the bathroom for towels. A sharper knife for cutting fruit and vegetables. A complimentary map.

Location was good, the room was well equipped otherwise, no noise came through from the hallway, the outside or the above room, modern and practical design.

There is no air conditioning in the building, there is only one lift that the cleaning team are keeping busy daytime, reception space looks minimal and there is no toilet for you if they don’t have the room ready yet or if you checked out in the morning and came back for your luggage they send you to next door business to use their toilet, the room seemed clean at a first glance but once I moved the spare toilet paper from the mirror shelf I could see lots of shaving hair behind it so I had to then antibac the hole bathroom. It would have been nice to have a gym room

Location was fantastic! Staff were great, really friendly and helpful. The apartment was a good size and very well equipped. The kitchen was really good. We enjoyed our stay!

The only negative was the cleaning wasn’t quite up to scratch in a few areas of our apartment. There was a lot of dust on the floor in the main bedroom especially around the bedside tables, also the back of the tv’s. The shower in the bathroom was grubby and the radiator was dirty too. The kitchen was beautifully clean and so too was reception area and everywhere else around the apartments that I saw.

The staff were so welcoming and helpful, and the apartment was modern, stylish and really comfortable. It had everything we needed, including a proper kitchen, and the building itself was beautifully designed. The set up worked really well for us as a family, with a double bed in one room and the sofa bed made up as two singles, yet it still felt spacious. The garden was a lovely bonus, and the location was brilliant with Checkpoint Charlie and the Wall Museum right outside and Brandenburg Gate only a short walk away.

Nothing we didn’t like about the property.

The location is right in the middle of Berlin, next to Checkpoint Charlie, with great public transport options. It was quiet and clean. The apartment had ceiling fans, which were vital for the temperatures in the city in summer and an umbrella, which again proved vital! The kitchen was well equipped with hob, pans, crockery, toaster Nespresso, and a dishwasher. There was complementary coffee, water, milk, and tea. We had the one bedroom apartment, with our teens sleeping on the sofa bed. It was cosy but comfortable. I would highly recommend it.

The location is superb! Right next to Charlie point, and 50 meters to the Wall exhibit. Several museums are within walkong distance. We had a room with a balcony which was overlooking the interior garden with an opening to the large WELT balloon attraction. Laundry service is also very convenient, and the wash machine and dryer are kept very clean.

Small problems with the room. The hotel entrance is tiny, and the hotel reception is just a chair in the corridor, and feels a little unable to solve issues. There is no room cleaning for small stays. You have to fetch your self any toilet paper from an inlocked cabin by the entrance (and hope that it exists, or wait for the next morning). There are some daily fruits by the entrance, but the quantity is ridiculously small.

Super clean room and comfy beds - great location and the kitchen had just what we needed. Shower was great. We were with our 5yr old and it was perfect size wise - bedroom for us and a big comfy sofa bed for him in the living room. Staff were friendly and had good local knowledge.

We were on first floor at the front and it was very noisy at night with wheelie bins being put out on the street and early bin lorries right outside our window. I understand it's city centre but I'd ask for a different location if we came back (or bring better earplugs)! Slightly chaotic check in with our room not being ready on time and communication not smooth - we ended up waiting 2 extra hours because they were phoning the wrong number. But these are only slight gripes!

Well located property on a quiet street. This was a nice sized two bedroom apartment. It was clean and modern. We enjoyed the stay.

The Wilde Aparthotels at Checkpoint Charlie was more than we expected! Great and friendly staff, always helpful, answering every question. The apartment was big, had everything we needed - equipped kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, waterkettle, milk, coffee and tea, water in the fridge. Toiletries, hair blower, umbrellas,... Very clean, enough towels for everyone. The location is great - 5 min walk to U-bahn, 20 min walk to city center. Great for stay with kids!

Excellent location, 10+ min walk to Potsdamer Platz train station and right next to Checkpoint Charlie and a hop-on hop-off bus stop. Updated and modern aesthetic/vibes with the essentials. We booked a studio which was a great value but quite small for those who need more space. There is no central AC, but included was a portable AC unit. This involves sticking the vent out the window in order to vent out the hot air while using it. There is also a ceiling fan which works well. There are no screens on European windows so that also means a way for noise and outside sound/bugs to come in when using the AC, but the AC runs loud enough to become white noise and block the noise out. Bugs weren’t too much of a problem for us, and we decided to just run the AC and turned that off while keeping the ceiling fan on for sleep. The windows are quite good at soundproofing when closed. There are nice small touches in the room, and one washer/dryer which costs 5 euro total to use. Hopefully if you use it, you don’t encounter someone who decided to remove our items from the dryer before the cycle was over in order to dry their own clothes instead. The receptionist was kind in providing us a complimentary token to dry our clothes when next available.
