Central and clean. Bed super comfy. The hotel is pretty old and out fashioned but for one night it made a great stay. Easy to walk to, we could leave our luggage as we were a bit early. Friendly reception. Breakfast nothing special but it's good to have it included. Overall I would highly recommend staying there and I loved Buffalo. The town is charming and very well kept. Definitely worth a visit.

It wasn't particularly cheap but all the hotels in Buffalo were a bit expensive and for one night it didn't really matter.

Breakfast was good, room was much better than expected, very comfortable and quiet. Perfect location for what we needed. Highly recommend!

Tldr; parking was confusing. Use GPS to find the lot. Parking isn’t included and is at a location that is roughly 4 mins away. Which is fine, whatever. The issue was that finding this garage was like a bad episode of The Amazing Race. They gave us a cryptic piece of paper that looked like it was printed by a toaster… APPARENTLY it was a map. Don’t trust the toaster paper. Google the name of the parking garage (Augsburger ramp, I believe) and use the GPS. You can only enter from two of the streets so beware that.

The staff at this Holiday Inn were fantastic. They were very helpful and quite friendly. We were in town for a hockey game at the Key Bank Center. The lovely lady and the front desk, B.W., checked us in quickly and answered all our questions with a smile. She also gave the best directions and advice on how to get to the game. We didn't have to deal with a game day parking garage situation because the location of the hotel is amazing! The transit stop is literally right there on the corner. My daughter and I hopped on without issue. The other staff that we encountered at breakfast and check out were also helpful and friendly. It made us feel at ease. Thank you.

If I had to be super picky, I would say that the room is slightly dated. However, it was definitely clean and comfortable.

The room was clean and spacious and the staff was very friendly. There is a TGI Fridays on the lower floor...... This was super convenient after spending a whole day traveling. The complimentary breakfast was great even with the Pancake machine being out of order.

No guest parking other than a couple handicap spaces. You need to go about a block away and pay $9/day. That doesn't seem bad except you can't come and go; you need to pay each time you leave the parking garage. You can easily pay more if you had to leave a couple times a day.

Facility is centrally located. Room is spacious and equipped adequately. The only staff member we come in contact with is the front desk person, who is very supportive.

Toiletries in the room are not adequate for the star rating. Breakfast spread is fine, but the refilling of exhausted quantities isn't quick enough. Adequate staffing to monitor and refill the exhausted quantities is necessary to ensure all guests have a good and satisfying breakfast.

The hotel was very clean Angela was the best she worked so hard and keeps everything very clean. The hostess was very pleasant and helpful. The driver was great. I witnessed the driver handle a request for another gust that missed out on breakfast the day before they made sure that they held breakfast for this family. They went out of their way to make sure everyone was happy and taken care of. This was my second stay and not my last.

Check in was easy, breakfast is included, and there's a quiet, peaceful lounge near the lobby. The room was clean and had a pretty comfortable pull out couch in addition to the bed. The fitness center is small, simple, clean, and available 24 hours.

I chose this hotel in part because it indicated that it has parking, but it doesn't have any overnight parking which-for a hotel- is not very helpful. There's street parking available on two of the three nearby streets and a garage nearby for a separate fee.

When we arrived, the front desk clerk was dealing with a system outage, probably from the weather that day. He was juggling many people trying to check in without being able to issue room keys. He made sure each guest was escorted to their rooms and let in, in a very timely manner. He was very professional and as efficient as possible. We really appreciate the effort he put forth to the hotel guests.

No issues come to mind.

The staff was amazingly accommodating, friendly and responsive. We also enjoyed the Dove bathroom products. The blackout shades were awesome!! We appreciated all of the USB and outlets plugs. Approx 2 blocks from the Buffalo Passport Office (very convenient)!

The TGI Friday's that was in the same building was subpar and the bathrooms in the restaurant were gross (although Alex the server was nice and obviously overworked). I wish the luggage carts were larger. As we were close to the elevators, it was a little loud in the hallway, along with the room next door. Also, I wish the mini fridges still had a true freezer.compartment as I wish I could refreeze my ice packs. There were too many light switches in the room and I didn't know which switch turned on which light. No fan in the bathroom. The printer didn't work but a staff member let me email the hotel"s Gmail account and printed what I needed.

Everything was amazing! BW was very helpful, kind, and calm under pressure as the line was extremely long when we checked in. I would also recommend moving the desk away from the door as it kept opening and was freezing, other than that we had a great stay and it was a perfect location to go to Sheas and not worry about driving…
