The room was nice, clean, quiet and cozy. The bed was comfortable and having an A/C was amazing. It is conveniently located 5 minutes away from Solln train station.

The wifi was not working properly and I could not get a mobile phone signal inside the room, reception was minimal near the window. Although there is a shared kitchen on each floor, fridge access is not guaranteed. There are lockers inside the fridge and a key must be requested. No keys were left upon my check in, so I could not store any food or drinks.

Small but well designed room & excellent bathroom This was an ideal location for us - close to family with an excellent bakery for breakfast opposite, a very nice cafe,2 supermarkets , restaurants & bus & train station 2-3 minutes walk away

There was nothing that we disliked but need to be aware that rooms are small so avoid if have a lot of luggage and that there staff are often not visible but easily reaches via phone in reception. Also that it is some 15-20 minutes from the centre of Munich

The hotel is close to Solln train station (S7) - only about 15 mins to city centre (although services are only 2-3 per hour). Guests can use communal kitchen which is convenient esp for breakfast as there is not a breakfast option. Convenience stores, bakery, drugstore and restaurants close by.

Workmen accessed our room without notification (we returned to find them there). Our room was very small - lots of main road noise. No after hours security - no on-site presence, no keycard access etc

The hotel was perfect for us as we come to Munich for multiple doctor's visit. It was perfectly situated in walking distance to our appointments. In the past we stayed in the centre of Munich and had to negotiate transport. A bonus not to have to do this. Comfortable beds, very clean and a very functional bathroom. Perfect for our needs and in walking distance to a very good Indian restaurant, a delicious bakery and a bio supermarket just opposite. It also benefitted from an underground car park

For me the room could have been just a little bigger, as we are people who love a lot of space, but was perfectly adequate. Beds were comfortable and the whole place very clean. That is all that is needed.

Room and the hotel was very new and clean. Bed was comfortable and it was great to have a nespresso machine available in the room. Kitchen and the terrace area is also nice for having your own food or drink. Area was calm and quiet.

Bathroom had some smell maybe it is better to air it more. Area was nice but it is a bit far away from the city center in case you want to be close there or stay late.

It was in a nice location outside the city hustle. Beds were comfy and nice big shower. The staff brought us a mini fridge to our room and were very helpful.

The room was extremely small, we struggled with our luggage in the room. The shower didn’t drain very well. The aircon kept shutting off after a few hours, not great as it was a very warm night.

I had an unfortunate experience losing the keys to my rental car. The staff at the hotel couldnt have been kinder, more sympathetic and helpful. They helped me resolve what could have been a catastrophe. And the hotel is lovely, clean and reasonably priced. I would highly recommend a stay there!

There were two types of the internet wifi and we could choose the best. But they both were very good. The room was very clean and comfortable. We stayed there 4 nights and the maid cleaned our room EVERY DAY. (Thank you for your work, the unknown lady!) The receptionist and the manager - all of the staff were very friendly and helpful. We asked them to print out our boading passes on the telephone, and they did it and brought them into our room when we were in the city center.

Beautifully renovated hotel. We had the family suite which was spacious and very comfortable. Location is quiet in a residential part of town.

We stayed on a Monday night with most nearby bars and restaurants closed - fine and wasn’t a problem as we popped into the centre but be aware if planning to grab something local in the evening.

Location even when is far from the center, you are 25min away from Munchen center so amazing the price for where i believe is still a good location
