Incredible friendly and kindly hotel to stay!. People at Bang Tao Village were always willing to support and assistance in everything. They really made feel at home. A place to recommend ever and ever again. Also a great place for those who want to train at the Bang Tao Muay Thai & MMA just direct behind the facility. That area offers everything you need for a comfortable stay

Great value for the money. Everything was spotless. Breakfast is great and the staff were super friendly. Pool was lovely and clean. Location also excellent just a few minutes walk from the beach. Loads of shops, bars and restaurants within walking distance. Bang Tao beach was great with loads of beach bars and restaurants but not overcrowded and the beach to the north of the bay is practically deserted with hardly anyone on there. Surin beach 30 minute walk or short tuk tuk ride is also lovely. You can walk around to Laem Sing beach which was stunning.

Liked everything so only a suggestion to put a mirror near a socket in the bedrooms for drying hair etc.

welcoming team in reception. Nice little room with all you need, very picturesque architecture. Between the 2 rows of flats is a central area with a pool and garden. Gorgeous plants and flowers. Few restaurants/shops nearby, some ok, some the usual touristic ones. The beach is 5-10 min walking from the resort, with lots of options in terms of sunbeds/umbrellas, little shops, restaurants. It's a busy beach with lots of tourists, but is very wide so there is space for everyone

While it's nice to have a pool area, this is often in the shade due to the vicinity of the row of flats, but the beach is really nearby and the pool is mainly used by families with kids.

The property was well-located only a minute from the Bangtao beach and Bangtao Muay Thai & MMA, where our team trained while there. The staff was welcoming and friendly, eager to make us comfortable and communicated well. The grounds are pristinely kept with beautifully landscaped foliage and a jungle-like atmosphere that immediately transports you away from the hustle & bustle outside. It feels cozy, secluded and private. They emphasize peace & quiet on the resort and the other travellers were very respectful and quiet as well.

My only minor criticism would be that the breakfast is restaurant-style with full-service, but has only a very small menu of choices consisting mostly of egg options. They did provide us with fresh fruit, toast and coffee/tea but if you're in a hurry you probably wouldn't be able to sit and wait for someone to take your breakfast order. Our group's preference is a breakfast buffet. All that being said, we would absolutely return and found incredible value in the overall quality of the rooms and grounds.

Great facilities. The individual house was really cute and comfortable. The staff was really friendly and helpful. We even asked to schedule an experience to visit James Bond Bay and they were amazing helping us schedule everything at a lower price than we expected. The swimming pool was amazing! It was open until 8 pm but if we did not bother other customers they would not kick us out after time. The beach was close to the hotel and was amazing! There were many amazing restaurants there and an amazing massage place called "Relaxing Massage - Thai Massage Phuket". Try it! You won't regret it!

The breakfast could be better with more food options. There could also be a grab-and-go breakfast option when tours are too early to have breakfast in the time defined. For someone who wants to visit other places in Phuket, this might not be the best location since it is a bit distant. This is a good option to stay and have some time to rest.

The small resort is a little distance walk from the beach. The atmosphere in the resort is relaxing and it very quiet; even at the peak season in Feb. The staff is extremely nice and supportive. The swimming pool is very clean and well maintained

ll the bungalows have own bathroom and aircon (which is bit loud). Some of the lamps are not working (was not checked before I entered the room). The breakfast is minimal; no buffet available.

It was such a sweet comforting place to stay, with beautiful flowers and wonderfully friendly staff Everywhere felt so clean and the breakfast was fresh and delicious . It was a 2 min walk to the beach and shops, with lots of other lovely walks around. Rooms were well air conditioned

Some of the wirings (possibly plugs) were a bit hit and miss. The swimming pool shut too early (8pm) my children wanted to cool down after a busy day

-There is a shortcut to the beach from the hotel, which only takes about 5 minutes if you do not need to stop by the 7-11 on the way. -The staff is very friendly and provides the nicest service either during breakfast or the daily room service time. -The pool is usually busy, I did not use it. -The Taxi service from the resort is great, the drivers are punctuated and the cars are neat and clean.

-Shower curtains will be helpful to keep the bathroom dry.

What wasn't to like! The Resort was lovely, it was staying with family. From the moment I arrived, I loved it. My flight was late so I arrived just before mid-night and someone was there to greet me and show me to my room (I stayed in room 29). No rushing, even took the time to show me how everything worked before leaving me to settle down for the night. I had a great nights sleep on a super comfy bed and was ready for 3 packed days of exploring Phuket. The room, pool (the cleanest pool I have ever seen!), breakfast area and breakfast were all superb but it was the staff that made it most memorable for me. Everyone from the reception staff, the kitchen staff, the gardeners and the cleaners, were all just lovely.

The only thing I would change is maybe have a walk in shower instead of baths but this wouldn't put me off staying.

LOVED EVERYTHING!! Beautiful location, incredible wonderful friendly staff, the villas were so cute, housekeeping was excellent every day, the pool was beautiful and the laundry service they offered was super handy! The staff were incredible, amazing communication, so friendly, so helpful and so very kind❤️ thank you guys for such a wonderful stay❤️

The shower head was a little split, but the pressure was great!
