Nice location ,the room was presented very clean,the bathroom was in good condition,i see more rooms are being built onto the hotel which gives guests more choice,the existing rooms could do with a makeup in some places ie carpet,the breakfast choice was good nice fresh breads,very nice selection of cold meats,fishand cheeses and beverages.We also had dinner on the Friday night the food and service was excellent,We will be back next year.

The only problem was the eggs and bacon for breakfast they were dried up,tasteless and poor quality

Easy to find, plenty of parking. Nice reception, large room with huge comfortable bed. Coffee and tea making facilities and massive TV. Excellent shower. Heating/cooling worked well. Breakfast was great choice and plentiful. Staff were all friendly and helpful

Not a big thing but would have liked a full length mirror and being short, the distance to the mirror over the basin was a stretch for doing make up.

The rooms were pleasant and it included Air Con which is a must for me. The Restaurant was excellent and very well managed. I had steak and Veg, then went back for lunch before going to the Airport, again excellent. and not too expensive. just right.

A short wait for someone to come to reception - but i arrived 6.30 and Left at 8am.

Hotel very clean. Bed super comfortable, room very spacious. Superb restaurant. Coffee machine in the room. It is a great hotel. The staff is super kind and well mannered, very attentive as well.

I was arriving at 1pm instead of 3pm and asked for early check in to be told that they charge 10€ for every extra hour, so in my case €20. Normally they tell you either no possible or it is possible, I have never found an hotel that charge extortionate prices for early check in. I can understand if it was in the early hours of the morning, but I was arriving in the afternoon. For the rest the hotel is great.

Staff were outstanding and the location, security was good.

It would be good if guests are only allowed to some in dedicated area, as when open the door for fresh air all the smoke comes into the room and we were passive smoking.

The last day breakfast that was delivered to my room since I was leaving 5 o'clock, and the vegan meals I had in the evening were excellent- The room was spacy and I got new towels all the time. All staff were very nice, the hotel was closed to my work.

The window had to be opened in bathroom otherwise it would be to humid. The light in the bathroom did not turned off and there were two switches that did not go to anything in the room, there were no taxi deals between hotel and the taxi company, I had to order my own an the company refused to drive such a short distance, I Babylon had maybe agreement, they may to refuse maybe. More vegan options for the breakfast.

A great place to stay. It's a bit out of the way from Alkmaar or the local town, but that's what is nice about it. The hotel & restaurant are lovely. The menu is fantastic and the room was decorated nicely. I didn't catch the staff members name, but the chap who asked the kitchen to stay open for us, and ordered us a taxi in the morning was a gent, and all members of staff were polite and helpful.

There wasn't anything I disliked..

I am completely satisfied with the hotel, but when I left the hotel you came up with a payment for a cola in the amount of 3.50 that I did not order, then you sorted it out for a long time, apologized and now send me this payment by email again

The hotel is out of my expectation. The building looks nice and the hotel staffs are all very friendly and helpful.

No lift in the building, have to carry the luggage to second floor. Could be even better if someone around to help.

Clean modern rooms with all amenities available. Great shower. Reception good.
