Almost everything was good (once we found the hotel!!) Bathroom probably the best accessible one I've found in France - shower very good with loads of handrails. Reasonably priced evening meal. Staff friendly and helpful.

Directions!! Had to ask a local as could not find hotel. Didn't need 2nd bed in room - If I had been using a wheelchair (which I wasn't this time) I could not have accessed the bed. Could do with a drop down handrail by the toilet as well. Breakfast was slightly chaotic - hot food and bread not restocked, places not cleared or new ones laid. Dinner service was a bit rushed - starter arrived whilst still drinking apero ... probably due to having to serve large number of gendarmes (hotel used by border force teams).

This hotel is a 5 minute drive to the car ferry. It has excellent parking and felt very safe. The room was comfortable, the staff were friendly and the restaurant was great for an evening meal. The bar is open for drinks and it was all reasonably priced. At dinner you could have 1 course for 16 euros, 2 courses for 22 euros or 3 courses for 28 euros. Made getting the ferry in the morning painless.

No A/C

We requested a room on the ground floor with disabled access, which we got, wet room, was a bit slippery as the water went everywhere. Beds comfy, good nights sleep.Breakfast was good value for money. Would have been nice to have a few more coffee sachets and uht milk(none). The fan was a big help in cooling the room.

Had to wait nearly 10 minutes at reception before anyone turned up, we did arrive earlier than the time I had informed them. The room was very warm, as on ground floor unable to open window.

Welcome was very pleasant and speedy. Staff during stay helpful. A good breakfast choice and the entire hotel was clean. This is not the first time we have broken our journey by staying here and with the exception of Sunday nights we will stay again.

There is no Sunday restaurant service , which means it is necessary to drive again locally . This is very disappointing after travelling. It would be nice to have more than 1 tea bag/ coffee sachet per guest and although available it is necessary to leave the room and visit a fridge in the bar/restaurant to obtain fresh milk. Not a great idea late evening or early morning. This simply solve situation could be easily solved.

We had a problem finding the place at first but that was my fault, initially I thought the place looked a little worn, I believe that it is one of the oldest hotels there. The interior was superb, clean ,tidy with very helpful staff. The room was lovely, again clean and nicely decorated. We had dinner in the Resturant, food and service was well up to standard. All in all a very pleasant stay, nice clean place and helpful staff. Would definitely use again.

Nothing not to like!

This modern hotel is ideally situated for us to get a nights sleep before crossing under the Channel. We have used it many times as it is about five minutes drive from the terminal and as the breakfasts are good and the dinners are excellent ( not open Sunday evenings ) we intend to use it again hopefully many more times. The rooms are comfortable and with very good bathrooms and on this visit we were not surprised to see an extension being built. No use to me but there are also several electric car charging points on site.

A very convenient, clean and friendly hotel. Perfectly located for an overnight stay before travelling through Eurotunnel, with the added bonus of a Tesla supercharger. The menu selection was a little limited, but what was provided was very good. Staff were helpful, bathroom was excellent and bed was comfortable. Very good value.

The weather, which was awful! But that can hardly be laid at the door of the hotel. No real criticisms.

Room was very hot with no air con but in fairness there was a floor fan in the corner of the open wardrobe but we did not see it as we'd hung a jacket up which obscured it further... we had to open the window but could then hear traffic / rumblings ? The heat of the room was the only downside of our stay.

Good, simple food, well cooked. Large, clean, comfortable room. Good choice of food.

Shower needs attention. We’ve stayed here several times and have always said that the showers need re grouting but this hasn’t been done. In our room (15, where we’ve stayed before) the base panel of the shower is coming off and needs fixing but this also hasn’t been done. These details let down what would otherwise be a really good, comfortable and convenient hotel, ideal for the Shuttle. Please fix these details!

The location was amazing, so close to the Channel Tunnel, it is a perfect stop off to recharge after a long day travelling. Great value. Very pet friendly and reasonable! The bed was so incredibly comfortable, and huge!

The built in air con was broken - however, the hotel had provided a standalone unit for the room, it wasn’t as good, but great for the hotel to provide an alternative temporarily
