1. Location is good, suitable for shopping enthusiast. I like it because of the available crowd, makes it a lively area to be at. 2. Amenities are perfect. Bed is good, aircon is good, TV is good, Astro working well (I skipped GSC cinema to watch Astro in the room, comfortable), has a switch controlled window shade, a wonderful bathtub, tiles & wall & ceiling nice, wooden door also look solid and nice, water pressure is great, provides 2x 1.5L water bottle, and a fully charged power bank (my first time experiencing this). 3. Love the chandelier ceiling lighting. 4. Customer service is top notch.. Keep up the good job.

1. Toilet bowl with nice design, but I find it not very comfortable. On a separate note, the toilet looks classy.. 2. Limited breakfast choice around the area... 3. Price slightly higher compared to nearby hotels, but well it is compensated with the wonderful amenities and room design.

Love it, facilities are top notch, felt like staying in a 5 stars hotel. Love the free laundry service, save time for us with only few days to spend in KK. Mums like me appreciate a good iron and hairdryer. 🙌🏼 Also expected the room to be small but no, comfortable enough for us.

Staff, Location, Cleanliness, Comfort - Excellent. The staff were accommodating and responded very fast. The place was in the same building as Imago, however, you use a different lift to enter. Not a big deal because it is very near and convinient. Cleanliness of the space was very good. Everything is new and clean. Comfort - Bed was squeeky but comfortable. Food - Lots of restaurants within Imago, but the building next door also offer budget local food.

During the day, it can get a bit noisey with the aeroplace and traffic. The walls are thin, and you can hear the people next door, especially if they are with roudy kids that sleep late into the night. There are many steps into the room - perhaps not best for people with wheelchair / with elderly requiring stepping in and out of room / toilet.

Lots of little touches that made this room really lovely to stay in. The bed is so comfortable and luxury feel bedding. Checking out early for a flight was really simple.

top location , just next to popular shopping mall imago, lots of smart features like extendable lightening and usbc wall cables, dyson hair drier, feet flush button for toilet, led mirror lights, beautiful LG smart TV with netflix + prime accounts, fancy tea cups and shiny golden spoons and sabah tea, comfortable bed, every day fresh towel service and lots of 2L waters. Best of all we got upgraded to a new large family room during our stay for a week !!! In between they are very good at communication, they set up a whatsapp group at the beginning of your stay and make you feel like you are VIP. Overall recommended stay

It was clean, the amenities provided were good (eg Dyson hairdryer and Delonghi kettle), everything in the room worked and free flow of water and snacks. There were even ear plugs and a power bank in the room that we could take out. Outside the rooms was a counter where we could get replenishments. Getting to the room from the ground floor was by card access. Located above the upmarket Imago mall meant that food, shopping and massage options were readily available. Grab pick up and drop off points were located at several convenient points on the ground floor.

The room might be a little small for 2 persons.

Very professional and attentive services even before check-in. Instructions were clear and personalised service when we were unable to locate the lift lobby. Annabale came down to pick us personally. Staff constantly in touch to ensure our comfort through the stay. I applaud the exceptional services and location was great! Room and bathroom were well lit and very clean. Bed was very comfortable. Hotel was very generous with mineral water and soft drinks. Overall, I was impressed by the staff and the property. It was a good value place to stay.

It is not exactly a CON but do note there is no lobby, no reception etc. It's not the normal hotel one will expect. It's basically 7 rooms within a huge apartment.

The room is so modern and gave off such luxurious vibe! The staff and management are very friendly, helpful and responsive, truly accomodating too. 🤩 we love all the amenities provided and especially the bed is super comfortable - we had a very well rest. Journey from the imago shopping mall to the room is effortless, making it easy for us to drop off our shopping stuff and go back to our shopping.

I've had some very friendly and helpful "hosts", across many countries, over the years but Vinah was truly exceptional. The room looked new with "all mod cons" and additional facilities being available, if required, found nearby in the shared hallway en route to the Ritz Residence main door. Just about anything you want to buy can also be found in the huge Imago Shopping Mall. Located within minutes of the seafront and convenient for other areas of Kota Kinabalu either by foot or cheap taxi. Two good sized pools, in attractive surroundings, for the use of guests.

There wasn't anything I personally disliked. Others may find aircraft noise, apparently concentrated only at certain times of day (& night), to be a problem but that would apply to much of Kota Kinabalu. My room was just about big enough for me - maybe for two people if they like to be close to each other (!) - and I suggest you choose a room appropriate for your needs. I also suggest you closely follow Vinah's clear instructions regarding arrival procedure - I didn't (in my defence, I arrived at about 05:30, because of flight delay, tired and possibly confused) and caused unnecessary inconvenience to myself and the staff. Sorry about that!

Wow, where to start. This place was fabulous! The room was so luxurious, it was beautifully decorated and gorgeously furnished. The bed was quite possibly the most comfortable I have ever slept in. The bathroom was stunning with a small bath and a rain shower. Further, this has all the mod-cons you can hope for. Dyson hair dryer, a power bank to take out whilst exploring, USB charging ports on each socket, digital mirrors, electric blinds, and that’s just some of what’s available! The designers and planners have thought of everything; they provide two litre water bottles in the rooms and even have Biscoff biscuits in the tea/coffee set! The staff were helpful and quickly checked me in. I asked for a pool towel and they gave me two for my comfort. The communication from management and staff was excellent, providing precise details on where to get a taxi to and where to go on arrival to get to the apartment.

The only thing I would say is that the pools are for all the residents of the apartment block and there are no sunbeds to lounge on.
