This I have said to front desk I came then accept and provide So please make sure in this part. The location , the staff , room cleaning was very good , had some difficulty at the time of check in , came a bit early , not able to get an early check in

Had some difficulty at the time of check out, the staff at reception need to act quickly, a bit late in check in at the time of check out could not finalize clearing invoice and complete card release , they have many machines to check credit cards, I had to wait some time although could not clear and finalize payment , although they hold the required amount

I stayed in 3 hotels while in Addis Ababa none matched the service of the Ramada .The Ramada has one of the best concierge services I’ve ever had! I stayed at the Ramada for 10 days. Every morning I came down I was greeted with smiles and jokes. It was a great way to start every morning. My housekeeper always made my room smell like fresh laundry, and kept my suit very clean! She was extremely friendly as well always checking to see if I needed anything to make my stay better! I did have a couple minor problems, but the general manager stepped in and cleared everything up! Hospitality is definitely his number 1 priority.

This was my second stay at the Ramada and I was very pleased with my choice. The hotel is convenient to where I had meetings, and the staff was always helpful if I needed to find a taxi to go further. The hotel is comfortable, quiet, and offers everything I need. I ordered room service the first night when I was too tired to go down to the restaurant and it was so good, fast, and affordable that I used it often (something I never do). (Shout out to Robel, one of the wait staff!)

I had trouble with outdated software when trying to print in the business center.

Excellent location near the airport but close to many services and shops. Excellent breakfast, I loved also the gym room and in general the common spaces. The rooms are large and nice, the toilet is confortable and clean. The staff is fantastic and very kind, this is my second stay here and I feel somehow at home. I could listen to good ethio music live one night in the bar, this was very appreciated. The two restaurants available are both nice and good.

The bed covers are designed for cold nights, but a lighter one could be useful for those who prefer not to sleep with the air conditioner on.

The experience was excellent from start to finish. The location was perfect — close to key attractions, shops, and restaurants, yet peaceful and relaxing. The staff were extremely polite, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. The check-in and check-out process was smooth and efficient. My room was spacious, clean, and beautifully maintained. The bed was very comfortable, and all amenities such as Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and room service worked perfectly.

I absolutely loved that what you see in the pictures is exactly what you get. The rooms are well lit, spacious, and I had a great view of the city. Small thoughtful things like availability of sanitary bags in the bathroom really goes a long way. The room service was also good and fast . I haven’t had such tasty food in Ethiopia for a long time. Breakfast was absolutely splendid. Would definitely recommend.

The room is very spacious and clean. The bed itself is very comfortable. The breakfast choice is good enough. The quality of the food is very good. Also the Brazilian restaurant and the staff are really high quality. I can't see a difference in price to eat outside or in the hotel restaurant.

The hotel is really good but with some improvements could be great. The windows and the windows frames are very old and there is a lot of noise coming into the room. The bathroom have to be refreshed. The tiles look very old and outdated. There are four pillows for the bed but all of them are the same. I really like hotels where I have a different choice of pillows.

Excellent location very close to the airport and with plenty of shops, restaurants and coffee places nearby. Not that you need them, because the hotel bar/coffee shop in the lobby is wonderful! Very friendly and efficient staff, swift WIFI. Our room (702) was large, seemed newly renovated and had big and well laid-out bathroom. Complete bliss after a week of touring Ethiopia's back-waters. There's a large walk-in shower, plenty of free drinking water provieded as well as good toiletteries. The beds were supremely comfortable and we had an excellent night's sleep. The airport shuttle which we had booked for 6am was on time and we were informed by telephone to our room when it was ready. Next time in Addis, we will definitely stay at the Ramada again, which offered us superb value for money. Can't wait to try the restaurant on the 10th floor.

Rather a lot of outside noise and also from the hotel room doors which close with a bang. If you need an early night (or want to sleep in in the morning), bring earplugs!
