Clean comfortable room. Hot water and good shower pressure. Good facilities in the 2 bed apartment. Great location. Underground parking.

The location is a little off White Town but everything is still within walking distance. For a homestay-type place, the room size is pretty good. There's ample parking space if you rent a scooter or car, the staff are friendly and helpful. The room I was in also had a balcony and a small kitchen set with hot plate, plates and pans which was pretty great. We were mostly out during the day but found it a great place to come back and relax.

The location was good: 5 minutes walk to the famous Hindu temple & the Aurobindo ashram. Less than 10 minutes to Bread & Chocolate café - our favourite, & the promenade. The apartment was spacious & comfortable. Great having an ensuite for both bedrooms. We enjoyed chilling with some English language TV programs at night. The front desk staff, especially Manor, were very helpful with local infos & referring a reliable driver.

My son mentioned that the toilet bowel was a little small 🤣. A couple of mosquitoes in the apartment, but they were around even in the best of restaurants & places. I guess this is why the windows in the apartment were kept closed.

I recently stayed at La Maison Charu for three nights and had a great experience. From the moment we arrived, the service was efficient, and the housekeeping staff were very kind. Our room was very well-maintained, featuring a small balcony and a range of amenities including a fridge, AC, water purifier, induction, kettle, cutlery, TV, and free wifi. The location is also very convenient. It's only a 20-minute walk from Rock Beach and just a 10-minute walk from all the famous cafes and restaurants. Additionally, there's a grocery and medical store nearby, which made our stay even more comfortable. Overall, our stay was delightful, and I would highly recommend La Maison Charu to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable place to stay. I look forward to returning on my next visit!

Our stay was comfortable large rooms. Attached bathrooms. Good water supply. The fridge, drinking water, induction stove, pans were great. Beds were comfortable. Staff were helpful and friendly Centrally located and easily accessible. Has a Car park

The sofas are low. Also the beds. The elderly will find it difficult to sit down and get up. This needs to be addressed. Maybe you could put some higher sofa. Add some comfortable chairs. In the bedrooms, the cots were low. Need rails to help the elderly to get up and sit down comfortably The commodes are also low and handrails would definitely help. In Summer the lounge would require an AC

The room size and kitchen area were excellent. The staff on the front desk arranged taxis for us and helped answer any queries we had regarding the area. The cleaning ladies were fabulous, kind and engaging and the whole place had a friendly atmosphere.

We had no complaints but felt the apartment could have done with some larger mugs for tea and some breakfast bowls for cereal/deserts

staff was polite and on their toes to help us . informed everything in details before we checked in . The location is just amazing . beach - walking distance , market- from 100 metres the market starts, the famous rich rich - 200 metres, Aurobindo ashram - 400 metres.. what else you can asked for. they also helped us with the cab service which was affordable

Everything was great. The street is very narrow so parking cars would be difficult but other than that, everything was brilliant. Would highly recommend this place.

Overall good ambience of the place. Friendly staff. Location is in the heart of the market. Everything is at 5 mins walking distance.Rent is reasonable.

It's an apartment and not hotel. I didn't see any security guard. Partially covered gutter in front of the hotel. Furniture has sharp corners which is risk for toddlers.

The apartment itself is well maintained and clean. Has got a stocked kitchen with water purifiers and a refrigerator and some cutlery too. We went as a family of 5 and we enjoyed our stay. Parking was also available and the location is perfect for shopping and also accessing the rock beach and white town.
