I loved the location of the property! Very walkable areas around the hotel! Very friendly staffed and very helpful.

We stayed for four days and three nights. I did not like they had some elevators not working at the time we went. The breakfast is not as the usual hotel spots I have been to with a big breakfast. They do provide breakfast such as muffins and bagels and fruits and juice etc. But overall very good stay not much to complain about. ☺️

Great location, close to all kinds of food and attractions.

Hotel definitely dated, carpet in hallways were soiled and stained. Bathroom was extremely tiny, tough to get room cooled of in the afternoon.

The location and parking are wonderful for getting around downtown Raleigh. The price was very good especially for this time of year.

There were some things that could’ve been cleaner and better repaired. One of the only two elevators was not working at all. The rugs in the hallways didn’t seem very clean. The chair in my room was well worn out.

Joan is wonderful! She is the absolute best person, greeted us upon entry and remembered us from previous years, which is incredible! We remembered her, too! We knew we wanted a hug with her before we left. She is amazing! We love her! Oh, and the view from the high-floor room is great, the bed was very comfortable.! The Greek restaurant next door is fantastic!

Location was exceptional. Breakfast, stated as grab & go at the hotel needs tweaking

No microwave in room on 14th floor. No lower rooms available. Was told hotel will soon be torn down & new hotel will be built. Was told rooms didnt have the microwaves bcuz it wd short circuit the electricity. Thr was a communal microwave in the lobby.

Perfect location, walkable to everything. Staff was over the top kind and helpful. Very clean rooms and lobby.

Being a 55 year old hotel the hall ways , elevator and lightning need some up dates. But would stay again. Super location and great value.

Fantastic location for downtown Raleigh. Very easy access for the bars, restaurants and museums. The staff were also very friendly and helpful in their recommendations and our room was clean. Raleigh was the starting point for a little road trip around North Carolina that we were doing for 10 days. The Hotel Inn was a great base, location wise, for downtown and the start of this trip.

We were realistic about how much we paid (relative to other downtown properties) in managing our expectations. The hotel is dated and there was no substantial breakfast provision. We weren't looking to spend any significant time in the hotel, however, so no complaints really!

The location was excellent, but it was more than I had expected to pay. Probably because of the location. The desk staff was excellent, and went out of their way to accommodate.

That bathroom was crazy small compared to the size of the room.

Loved the location and was an easy walk to downtown. There were a few food options around if needed but an easy walk to more. It was a quiet hotel which was nice.

One of the elevators wasn't working and left for a few long waits, especially on the upper floors.
