Very clean, friendly and patient staff, excellent restaurant on premises. Accommodating for nut allergies despite numerous menu items with allergens. Amenities on site are excellent, very close to many other restaurants and quick shopping stops like WalMart. Plenty of designated outdoor smoke spots all around the perimeter.

Online pictures of rooms distort the reality of actual space. It's much smaller than it appears. Mostly a marketing issue. The elevator closest to the front lobby makes some concerning noises and hiccups, making stays on the upper floors a little nerve-wracking.

The beds were the best and the pillows were so soft 😊 I only stayed for maybe 5hrs till I had to go to the airport early morning.

The rugs, they are old and rumpling meaning they are kinda rolling and it’s a tripping hazard. Plus I believe that these carpets haven’t changed since I’ve been there 20yrs ago. You need an upgrade to the carpets in the hallways and the rooms should be laminated flooring at least. This was room 311 by the way.

Loved our jacuzzi room and the hotel ‘Club Cabana’ facilities, indoor/outdoor hot tub, pool, and sauna. We did our own little nordik spa using the sauna, the shower and pool for the cold plunge, and the indoor hot tub for the relax. We used our birthday free appetizer coupon received at check-in, at the hotel restaurant for supper. We were able to watch the Leafs in a spectacular OT win in the bar in the hotel. The next morning we used the restaurant for breakfast and their Starbucks grab and go station in the restaurant to start our morning. 😀

Just the noise from the snow plows clearing the adjacent property between 1-3am😩

I had 2 dinners and 2 breakfasts and they were excellent. Also the waitstaff is friendly, efficient and excel at customer service. The front desk staff were helpful and friendly. Having the Casey's on site was great especially after travelling. The rooms are very clean and housekeeping are hard working and obviously great at what they do. Highly recommend and I will only stay here when I'm in the Soo.

This is indeed "a resort for the price of a room" - pool area is amazing (love the outdoor hot tub) and the Casey's onsite has very good food and service. Friendly staff, ample parking, clean and comfortable rooms. We had a pet friendly room and it was lovely with lots of treats for the doggo. The rooms didn't have microwaves but there was one in the business centre area so that was very convenient.

Breakfast (Starbucks) a little expensive, even for Starbucks. The Thursday night live music in Casey's was excessively loud. Like really ridiculously loud. That's about it.

The indoor hot tub was closed when we visited, and the carpet/decor throughout was a bit dated. However, the staff was very friendly, the location suited our needs, and the price was a good value.

The hotel could use some updating. The bathrooms were very tiny and could only be used by one person at a time.

Service in the restaurant was good. When we booked the room was told there would be no extta charge for the dog however upon check in was told it was 30. My son had a booked pet stay for his dog however cancelled because was told by Sami or Sam previously at front desk because it was a pet friendly room there was no charge.??? He canceled pet stay only to find out there was a charge.

Better communication and Information from front desk before check in date.

free christmas breakfast while the restaurant was closed. the fitness center had everything anyone would need for a good work out. hot tub and sauna were hot and clean

the warnings of locking your car were there, and noted, however we forgot once, and the car had things stolen from it. it was an inconvenience and could of been worse but one mistake and a loss really sucks for a Christmas present

Great location for stopping through on our way home and close to many food options.

Pool wasn’t great for kids as there wasn’t much for them to do not being able to jump in just swim. Double beds were smaller than your typical double bed.

My family and I really enjoyed the pool area and were very impressed with how big and the fact that we could the hot tub that was outside. Our room was a decent size for the three of us but I do think that four or more would make it feel very tight. The rooms were smaller than what we were expecting.

Overall there wasn’t anything that I would change about the place . The room size was small but it’s a hotel room and not a place to live for ever.
