Extremely good value for money as we paid a very low price. Staff very friendly and helpful, location very good for shops, beaches and centre of Costa Teguise. Great swimming pool and good that can use the lovely pool of Camels spring across road where there is a pool bar. Both pools are heated to 27° which was a nice surprise. Plenty of sun beds. Good WiFi which was free. Free safe. The private taxi company, which staff booked for us, were excellent. Given a late check out which was appreciated.

Our apartment no 33 was a bit dated and located at roadside and noisy at times with traffic and people talking on pavement. Our balcony was small. I would happily return but I would request another apartment.

Fridge door on wrong way round so had to lean over door to use fridge as was positioned in the corner, furniture a little tired

We liked everything about our stay in these apartments. Value for money, clean and close to the beach. We had use of two complexes. One has the pool bar which hosts a BBQ every Wednesday evening. Good fun.

The location is great. The apartment was clean and a good size, with plenty of wardrobe space for luggage. The little terrace out the back was particularly lovely. The beds were comfy and you had everything you needed in the kitchen for light meals. Staff were friendly and helpful. Check in was a doddle and we were allowed to stay beyond checkout as we had a late flight. The pool area was kept clean and the pool itself was a good size and temperature. Sun loungers with shade were always available around the pool but it never felt crowded . Water presser for shower was good. For a basic self catering apartment you couldn’t ask for much more really !

There was nothing we didn’t like. The towels could do with a freshen up, as some were quite worn but still useable.

Really easy check-in and communication. Spacious and clean apartment. There were always sunbeds at the pool. The complex was nice and quiet for February. We had a lovely view of the sea. For those looking for all day sunshine on your balcony, choose Apartment 22 or 30 as our apartment (29) was mostly sheltered from the sun. But it didn't really matter as we had access to the pool in the complex and one across the street. I'd definitely book again.

Some basic condiments like salt, pepper, oil etc would have been useful and maybe a bottle of water in the fridge upon arrival.

There was a delay with the airport transfer when we arrived (1 hour wait) which meant we didn't arrive at the property until 7:45 pm. This should have been better when we had booked a private transfer in advance and the instructions we received said a driver would be waiting for us on arrival at the airport. It worked out OK in the end but caused some anxiety at the airport.

Totally surprised me. This hotel is situated a few leisurely minutes away from a coast line with many beaches, restaurants and shops to choose from. We have stayed in some fabulous hotels over the years and paid over the odds, but we may have found one we'll book again without hesitation and recommend highly. The rooms have everything you need for self catering. Lanzarote is full of supermarkets and local tasty food. Yes, it's a 2 star hotel, without the pool entertainment, no board basis and no grand lobby to boot. However, what you will find is a hidden away gem without the overcrowding issues and plenty of things to do within reach, for a fraction of the price. The hotel beds are a bit firm for my liking, but I've also experienced this in 5 star hotels I've recently stayed at. Highly recommended hotel in Teguise.

Big room. Not a lot of people by the pool. Pool area was cleaned every day. Staff were really friendly.

Room was never cleaned and we was there for 7 days.
