The room was spacious and comfortable, and the housekeeping staff were very thoughtful. If you choose not to have them enter the room for cleaning, they will hang the amenities on the door. Overall, I was very satisfied—no wonder they have such a high score of 9.1.

The only downside was that the air conditioning in our room wasn’t cool enough and seemed a bit unstable—it would automatically shut off after a while, which really affected our sleep. The breakfast was quite salty and didn’t have many options, but since it was free, there’s not much to complain about.

Amazing hotel in Hiroshima. Every staff we´ve met were incredibly friendly, rooms are spacious, super clean, beds comfortable, coin laundry machines and dryers available on the ground floor, ice dispenser and coffee in the morning for free. Every day you receive a new bag full of towels, coffee and tea and amenities, which is a nice touch. Short walk to tram station, supermarkets and Peace memorial park. Highly recommend staying in this hotel.

There is not a lot of eating options nearby, but still there are some if you walk a little bit more.

The room is large and comfortable. The staff were exceedingly helpful, cheerful and caring. They took time to show us the map and how to navigate our way in Hiroshima. Even the room cleaning lady was so cheerful and she did a great job.

The location is quite far from the main shopping area and it would take a very long walk even though we walk a lot. Not many eateries around. But once we found the nearest tram stop which is about 5min away, we could get around easily and conveniently on Tram number 2 to Hondori and Hiroshima station using our ICOCA card.

Quiet location and very comfortable beds and linen so we slept extremely well. Front desk staff were so kind and helpful and recommended a really good restaurant- the best Okonomiyaki we have had in Japan. Super easy check out at 7.15am. Would happily recommend and stay again.

We had a couple of little elephants in the room above that jumped a lot at 5.30am but no real biggie 😀 it’s a good 25 mins by street car to the station and early travel either way commuters meant trams were full. Bit very frequent trams was helpful

If I could rate this hotel higher, I would. Everything exceeded my expectations, from the warm welcome and hospitality of hotel staff to the location of the hotel in a quiet and convenient residential neighborhood (please note that the hotel is within walking distance to the Peace Park and restaurant options; within three-minute walking distance to a grocery store (Fuji) stocked with fresh fruits, hot food, and seafood bowl options, among others; and within three-minute walking distance to the nearest streetcar station, with direct routes to Hiroshima Station as well as the ferry station to Miyajima island). I was also thoroughly impressed by the cleanliness and size of the room, which had two queen-sized beds, a lounging area, a working area, as well as clean, modern decor. The most impressive to me was the helpfulness of the Japanese staff - they were always willing to help, communicative, and approachable. I see myself going back to Hiroshima soon (as a first-time visitor, I loved the city and wished I stayed longer). I am definitely booking this hotel again.

Hotel is in a decent location. 25 ish minutes from the city centre by tram. The actual hotel is very nice. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, even by Japanese standards. I arrived early, no issues leaving my luggage, they even took my information to check me in while I was out and carried my luggage up to my room for me. They were very helpful in helping me arrange my transport to the airport. The rooms are huge by Japan standards. Huge by anywhere's standards. For the price, this hotel is fantastic. Definitely recommend.

A little far away from the city centre, around 25 minutes by tram, plus however long you have to wait for the tram. But that's minor. Hotel is very close to the Atomic Bomb Dome, 5-10 minutes walk depending on how quick you are.

The hotel is within walking distance of the Peace Memorial Museum. Restaurants and tram stops are nearby. Getting to the main station and the port to Miyajima Island is easy and direct. More importantly, the rooms are huge, not only for Japan, but even compared to European hotels. They are also very well maintained and super clean. The bathroom is also very spacious with an automatic bath (you just have to choose the temperature and the water is filled automatically!). There are also washing and drying machines in the hotel. The staff are very friendly and speak very good English.

A nice and new building, not too big, not small, almost like a boutique hotel like. The staff are very friendly and helpful. It is very close to a street car/tram. A parking across the street. You get a discount voucher for a close by grocery store where you can also get lots of bento. I just love the place. A plus point. There is a must-to-visit Hiroshima Reimen restaurant near by.

Lovely hotel in a nice, quiet neighborhood of Hiroshima with only a ten minute walk to the Peace Park and the center of things. Great access to grocery, convenience stores, restaurants, and public transit. Staff was very nice and accommodating, they remembered me when I came back from a quick trip to Miyajima and gave me different bath powders to try each time. Hidden gem, definitely recommend.
